Works great , just as described!!!

Great concept and so far truly exciting and fun! We've used it twice. Would love a stand for it that you could sit it on while pouring as it's too heavy to place on the glass...maybe a tripod type set up?

Doesn’t really work as advertised The whiskey does not get that chilled Plus the device gets plugged up and you have to constantly drain the ice out and refill

The neat chiller is great.

I could offer a few suggestions to make this product more user friendly but very disappointed to discover after about 6 times using it the whole bottom buckled outwards and now it won't sit flat anymore....not happy!

What a great product! Simple and effective. It works great, and I love it! In fact, I can't believe I didn't invent it myself. I'm a home brewer, and this thing is a simple heat exchanger, which brewers know as a wort chiller. Brilliant! I hope you guys make $$$$$$ on this product. I'll probably buy them as gifts, for a few of my friends. Keep up the good work!

This is easy to use and works great if you want to try your whiskey chilled without diluting it. Well worth it.

I have both the chiller and the flask...both items are exceptional. I'm in my 60's and have owned more flasks than I can remember,the neat flask is by far the best one...i believe it is heirloom quality. Thanks for good products that do what they are supposed to do.

Cools the whiskey right down to where you want it with out any dilution.
