I could offer a few suggestions to make this product more user friendly but very disappointed to discover after about 6 times using it the whole bottom buckled outwards and now it won't sit flat anymore....not happy!

What a great product! Simple and effective. It works great, and I love it! In fact, I can't believe I didn't invent it myself. I'm a home brewer, and this thing is a simple heat exchanger, which brewers know as a wort chiller. Brilliant! I hope you guys make $$$$$$ on this product. I'll probably buy them as gifts, for a few of my friends. Keep up the good work!

This is easy to use and works great if you want to try your whiskey chilled without diluting it. Well worth it.

I have both the chiller and the flask...both items are exceptional. I'm in my 60's and have owned more flasks than I can remember,the neat flask is by far the best one...i believe it is heirloom quality. Thanks for good products that do what they are supposed to do.

Does what it says it does and does it well

I’ve always enjoyed my scotch and whiskey neat which, up till now, meant warm. With my new Neat Whiskey Chiller I am discovering some new flavors in my old favorite drinks. I’m surprised how long my drink stays cold with no ice, but if I savor my drink for too long, and it warms up, I can now just run it through my chiller again. My only complaint is that the chiller tends to retain a little bit of my drink - as if the tube runs up hill somewhere in there. I find that I have to swirl the chiller several times over my cup to get the last couple of teaspoons out.
