Customer service is amazing to work with. I received the wrong product and they did everything they could to make it right and to correct the problem. Will definitely be ordering again! And will definitely be recommending them every chance I get!

My husband and I LOVE ALL OF THE CAGES we have purchased. Our first purchase was a 2 layer quail cage. The water works so well in the hot weather. The feeder have less waste of feed. We decided to add a 3rd layer to our cage Again we are very satisfied. 2 of the watering cups did come in broken . And Hatching Time is replacing them right away. Customer service is wonderful. We decided to purchase 2 of the growing pen. We love the products and do recommend them

GREAT SERVICE WHEN NEEDED. ONLY FED EX IS DEALING WITH PACKAGING VERY ROUGH, WHICH IS OUT OF HATCHING TIME CONTROL, HATCHING TIME REPLACED TRANSPORT DAMAGE, I HAD PTOFICIENTLY AND I AM HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. WILL RECOMMEND TO OTHER BIRD ENTHUSIASTS.

I assume that Hutching time has big volume of customer inquires, based on my experience. They also trying to resolve the problems accordingly to the nature of the issue. All in all i am happy with their service, I used several times.

As requested, here is my insight review: 1) Product Quality: I give 3 stars. Why? Both of my orders have defective injection moldings. There are 3 places I had to drill holes because the material covered-up the holes. Some of areas were hard to snap in places. 2) Product pricing:i give 3 stars. It is not cheap. Most friends I know they referred to build it at home for much less! For me, I like convenience to buy and like the great appearance if this product 3) Product instruction: I give 5 stars a) I don't see paper instruction included in the box b) I watched video instruction from YouTube and Hatchingtime web page. The instruction is good. Summary: Despite the cost, I like this product even though facing some minor defective plastic molding. I would repurchase it the 3rd time and many more times as needed. My wife hands were sore from the 1st 3 Tier cage. I would suggest the husband or strong man in family to assemble it instead.

Package arrived quickly and was just exactly what i expected. I bought the 3 layer quail cage and had it put together and quail in it in less than 2 hours. I love it!

We LOVE our purchase of the quail cage 2. We put the entire cage together in one evening after we had worked all day. It was easy. The cage is water our quail and IT WORKS WELL. The feeder is easy to use. When the eggs roll to the front to gather is perfect. We will be purchasing more products.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. HOPEFULLY MANUFACTURER WILL IMPROVE BETTER FITTING OF THE PANELS. SIDE WALL PANELS ARE THE ISSUE WHY THE OTHER COMPONETS DOES NOT COMPLETELLY FIT AS SUPPOSE TO BE.

I purchased 5 stacked brooder unit. When I received it short of hose and lots of broken parts. Which they replace d. Then the reservoir cracked. Almost all the door laches broke again in the first few months. Because the design on the taller units is different than the 9" unit so the chicks break out through the food tray and many died as a result. So I have to zip ties to keep the doors in place. So I got less than a years use out this pile of plastic trash. So disappointed. All I can say is buyer beware! For few dollars more I could bought a metal unit way better design.

The Quail cage is great. The paper instructions weren’t very helpful but the video was excellent and made it quick and easy to assemble.

Customer service are very friendly and happy to fix any issues you may have. I have made 2 purchases and will be making more!

If I had known the issues I would have with the brooder I never would have ordered it. I do not believe it was worth the money I spent for the hassle its been.
