Great service, great products!

The first 3 tier unit I purchase has been excellent. It has made our routine on the farm so much easier. We decided to buy an additional five tier layer rack and a two-tier brooder. A few of the parts were broken. On the chick Brooder the green pieces that hold the feed tray cover together snapped. With the five tier rack,Two of the watering cups are broken. And the pieces just weren’t as clean to put together. Some excess plastic made it more difficult to assemble but we got it together! If

I gave this a 3 star because I haven't ordered yet. I have emailed them and gotten a timely response but that is it. I look forward to ordering a pheasant cage in the next 30 days at which time I will revisit this review.

I have a lot of frustration with the watering system in both of my units (quail set up and brooders).

Bought the 22” unlike the 15” does not have dividers so it one large cage with 3 doors. They sell the dividers for $130 more for the 22” but there free with the 15” does not make any sense. Plus a lot of parts are molded poorly they sent one replacement but there all bad useable but it’s new it should not be like this new. The bottom pieces the tabs are all snapped off so they won’t stay together they said the cut them like this because they were to big and would not snap in. So the know of poor quality and fitting issues but they keep sell it. I would of been ok at this point if they sent dividers since it’s already put together but they want more monies for this cheap plastic cage. It’s a good idea but poorly made and no dividers.

Have bought two incubators and two brooders. Love them all, great design and functional. Easy to clean. Highly recommend Hatchingtime products

Absolutely LOVE this brooder! We just got it today and already have it put together with our babies in it. So much better than what we originally had them in! Will definitely be ordering another layer for the top!!

The video instructions were very helpful. I am a 60 year old woman and not great at putting things together, but the instructions and videos were all I needed. I love the end product, and my quail are quite happy too

I wish you had more options for financing

Fast shipping. Was supposed to arrive the next day but FedEx lost the boxes that were shipped together. But Hatching Time had no control over that. Great customer service when I had questions.

Excellent all the way around

It was a little hard getting the pieces to snap together. Very poor directions.Didnt even put the water system in. Going to by water bottles instead. Don't have any quail in it yet so not sure if the food dishes work doesn't look like they can reach the food, will use my own dishes. Over all it will do the job.
