I bought a laying Quail laying pen. It’s a great product. The manure tray was damaged in shipment and customer service hipped a replacement the same day I reported it.

So far I have great experiences. Awaiting Customer Service for a replacement for a broken part. We will see.

I have been looking for the best system ro raise Bobwhite Quail for my father's hunting dogs here raises and trains at Texas Bird Dogs. While I'm able to build my own and outfit a system; but for a lil more than I'd spend myself, I get a complete system. I started with a grow out tier and added a incubator tier. Im adding breeding cages next. Then rinse and repeat. It's a NO BRAINER

I bought a 2 brooders and have loved them ever since. I have had a couple of issues but they took care of them no questions ask. I had a heater to go out and they are sending me a new one immediately. I couldn't ask for better service from a company!

I ordered three different rows to mix and match and am very pleased with them. I am chronically I'll so don't have very much strength so with the help of YouTube videos I was able to do the cage parts myself and thanks to my husband's strength he did the rails and waterer parts. I did have a couple minor issues that customer service resolved very quickly and with amazing attitudes at that. Yes for someone like me with a lot of weakness it can be harder to get some of the parts on but I know it adds to the sturdiness. If you don't have any strength issues it'll be a breeze if you do YouTube and a good friend will solve that. I will be purchasing from them again.
