I have recently found Gym and Fitness (SA) and have been stocking up on gear for my home gym. All the items I have wanted so far have been available in store and the service from all staff has been excellent each time I have been to the store. Great people working there for sure who clearly love the fitness industry AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. The service given and also the presentation of the store is what has made me return (several times in only a few weeks) to buy more things and also reccomend to friends of mine. So glad I found Gym and Fitness :) I have purchased Olympic weight plates, a Prowler Sled, Force USA Hex Trap Bar, Adidas Weight lifting shoes, Slam Balls, and have several other items on my list for the future also. Bought a force USA package 1, items were shipped quickly and everything was in good condition. They forgot to send my barbell but that was quickly fixed up by their great customer service. 10/10!

After going to a few suppliers, Gym and Fitness had the best prices and the widest selection in the equipment I was after, for mobile personal training. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had a default on one of the products and Adam exchanged it straight away. I have more equipment to buy in the near future and I will go back there with no hesitation! I walked into the store not exactly knowing what i actually needed but new what i wanted to buy my husband for Christmas. I spoke to Lachy who treated me with amazing customer service skills, asked me lots of questions about what i thought i wanted and gave me his professional advice and i purchased my husband a power rack (And he is loving the power rack). I was very impressed with Lachys customer service skills as i have been in other places and all they wanted to do was push push push me to buy things i didn't want. I will certainly be telling everyone about the amazing service from Lachy and i know we will be back to purchase more workout gear from Gym & Fitness

I recently ordered this barbell along with the spring collars. My old barbell had the threaded ends with the spinlock collars, this is so much quicker and easier to change weights! The bar feels solid and feels great to use. Delivery was nice and quick also. The only thing I found was the bar is 28mm diameter, as a result it is too big for the hole in some of my plates. Not a big issue, I still have plenty of weight to throw around on this one! Thanks Guys!

Justin in the Unley store was very helpful in giving me options for a home gym fit-out. I have been back for more gear twice since my initial purchase and I plan to buy some more equipment in the not to distant future. Definitely the best supplier in Oz for Gym and Fitness gear.

As I live in the country and the Adelaide store is over 90mins away, the team are really good in ensuring that stock is available and assisting with advice to make sure I have got exactly the pieces of equipment that I need. Recently I purchased the very solidly constructed flat bench and it was no troubles at all in allowing me to test it in store to make sure it was a good fit for me and vice-versa. I am very happy with the various purchases I have made at Gym and Fitness and I've already identified my next purchase.

Riki, Tom and the team at Gym & Fitness Springvale did a fantastic job of meeting my needs, they stuck to my budget and produced an outstanding package of equipment for my garage. This included Force USA Power Rack, Bench, Olympic Barbell, Dumbbells (including stand), Slam Balls, Battle Rope, Pro Grade Kettle Bells. Excellent quality gym flooring and a WaterRower. I did change my mind on two occasions and the team were more than happy to work with me to help in getting some items swapped out. I would highly recommend the Gym & Fitness team at Springvale!
