My enquiry to Gym and Fitness started online which turned into a visit in store and finally the delivery of the products i ordered. The entire process was great. The lady in the shop was able to assist me with a weights package that suited my needs and also organise a hassle free delivery. Extremely happy with all aspects of my purchase. Plyo Box is very solid and stable and adjustable in modest height increments, compatible with a mature aged user, as myself. Very satisfied with my choice of standard bars and rubber coated weight plates. Squat racks and benches chosen ideal for my home use. In my opinion excellent quality and value for money. The instore attention and patience shown me by Lachie and the staff at the Burleigh Heads store was outstanding. Will never regret stepping through the door, and at no time felt pressured.

First visited the gold coast store with the intent of coming away with a power rack for my home gym. I was escorted around the store by Robbie G who was excellent and let me personally try different bits of equipment until I was happy with the products I wanted to purchase. After tailoring a quote to suit my budget, no less than a week later I was the proud owner of a Force USA power rack and 200kg of bars and plates. Bought 16 alloy pulleys to upgrade my Avanti 3 station home Gym. Didn't realise how bad my old ones really were until I fitted the new ones. Great product at a great price. made a real noticeable difference to my work out routine and results. Sales team knew exactly what I needed and were friendly and polite. As part of the football clubs strength and conditioning preseason program we wanted to implement some strongman style training. After spending hours searching various websites, I found that Gym and Fitness had the equipment I wanted in stock, unlike some of the other internet stores I contacted. After calling Gym and Fitness and discussing my plan, the equipment I was looking at and my budget, they promptly provided me with a quote and within a few days we had all of our gear and preseason was underway. Gym and Fitness’ have a great range of products that are commercial quality, their prices after sale service was exceptional. The club and I will definitely purchase gear from them again.

I was looking for a study chin up bar thing, so browsing through the ebay collection of such exercise equipment I saw the Force-USA-Power-Tower-Chin-Up-Push-Pull-Dip-Knee-Raise-Fitness-Station-Home-Gym. What jumped out at me was the sturdy look of the thing. I didn't want something attached to the wall and most of the towers look like they were made of pasta. I watched a video promo of a big lad using the thing and I thought, "sold". Tower arrived promptly and took about an hour and half to assemble. You need some wide spanners or sockets for the big fasteners and use together to tighten. A large philips head too. Using the tower is great. It's high enough not to bend you legs when pull up'ing but you may need to in order to set centre of gravity so you don't swing too close to the main upright. I ended up doing pull ups facing away from it. Very happy with tower and people at gym and fitness. GF wants more weights for zumba classes so will be back!

I recently bought a Force USA Powercage, extremely happy with the quality of the Powercage and the quality of service.I did have have an issue with payment while using my phone, however a quick phone call and discussion with sales rep Michael soon resolved any minor issue.Thanks for a great online buying experience, will I buy online from Gym & Fitness again? hell yeah!

Recently bought a few things from Gym and Fitness, the biggest piece a Force USA Power Rack with the cable crossover attachments. Got it all from the Melbourne Store, they were excellent, the service was friendly and helpful. The unit is fantastic, went together quite easily, I have been doing a lot of flat pack furniture recently, hate it, but this stuff was better than most by far. You can tell the difference when the instructions are written by native english speaker. My only regret is not getting a new bar for the unit as I didn't realise my old 6 foot barbell wasn't wide enough for the set.
