Purchased a concept 2, model D in black from the Unley SA store. We were located in a country town so initially dealt with the store directly on the phone. The staff members were knowledgeable and helpful making the transaction painless and easy. When comparing the prices to the rest of Australia they consistently came on top. When picking the item up from the store the staff were helpful and the rower was already packed and ready to go and when unpacked the rower was in perfect condition and a pleasure to use. Would purchase future items from them again and recommend them to anyone.

I had seen the Force leg extension machine online and the price was great - which made me question the quality. I was on the Gold Coast so visited the store to see one however they didn't have one set up. The very helpful sales person called another store 20 minutes away who did have one and referred me to another very helpful sales person there. He was expecting me and showed me to the machine straight up. No hard sell, no 'fries' with the sale and even arranged shipping to Brisbane at a very reasonable price. I run a PT Studio and will definitely shop with Gym and Fitness again.

I bought and received a squat rack, which arrived on schedule and was really easy to set up. The materials are strong and sturdy and of very high quality. Other than that, the customer service was excellent and very helpful and they kept in touch to make sure the customer was happy.

I recently purchased the Force USA 45 degree leg press from the Unley, SA store. Sale people were great. No pressure selling, plenty of advice and options provided. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but it was worth the wait. The leg press itself is great. Took a while to construct, but it is really solid! Materials are good and it works really well.
