Had to ring them 2days after I paid to get invoice. Had to ring them the following week to see what was happening.... nothing was hadn't been dispatched. After giving me the up sell on another product. Turns out I should of gone with York as the machine I have now has deflection in some of the parts from factory construction & you sit twisted. It took me 10 minutes to work out what was going on. After 4 hours assembly it can stay in back of shed I'm not wasting my time to pull it apart and send it back at my cost. So as for the free headphones on my next product no thanks. I will never buy anything from these guys again. Thanks for inhibiting my rehab of my back injury and taking money from my self funded income

had a issue with an item a i bought here and had to return it (the item itself was fantastic, i just couldn't keep it). Their customer service was fantastic and worked hard to help me. Will buy here again just because of that. Thanks guys

This is a long review so hang in there! TL;DR : 10/10 service ! Great price , fast delivery, and I’m really happy with the product. My equipment is quality , it feels like it’s level with the equipment you find in your local gym, and putting it together is easy enough. I originally went to another website to purchase my equipment and the staff were just unhelpful , The stock I wanted was out of stock and I would ask when the next shipment was coming in and they weren’t able to give me a straight answer , I asked them for recommendations and got referred to their website , there were a few little other things but it became too difficult so I looked else where and came across gym and fitness. The level of service was honestly a breath of fresh air, staff were helpful, proactive , were able to answer my questions quickly and easily, made suggestions without being prompted , and when I came back with a query after I had purchased my equipment they were proactive in responding and trying to help me out, and even followed up a few days after to make sure I had resolved it ! That kind of service is hard to come by, so defs props to the team for that! But again in summary, great price, great service, fast delivery and great product. Keep up the good work !

Recently purchased freeform f2000 treadmill. Purchased over the phone and found Robert schulz Very helpfull and patient answering my many questions. Treadmill so far is exactly what I was after and delivered before estimated date . If your after a commercial treadmill but don't have a huge budget I would strongly recommend.

During the last few months I've bought a few things at this shop (not online though). A Force USA decline/incline bench, squat stands, trampoline (all Force USA) and earlier I bought a barbell set with weights including stand for the weights. I'm very happy with the material, it's good quality, the service at the shop is very good as well. The last time I was there I spend less than I had planned to but came home with more and better equipment than what I had in mind, so that was great. Thanks for the discount and service. Purchased a versa-rack xl with the versa-bench and an olympic barbell. For a rack that folds it is very strong and very stable, and the same goes with the bench. The staff were friendly and helpful both on the phone and in store, would definitely recommend. If looking to make your own gym look no further than gym and fitness.
