Is it expensive? Yes. Is it worth it? As of now, yes. Few tips: know your climate before purchasing. Texas gets hot and this crate, to no surprise, gets hot too, especially with a dog that just got done hiking 5 miles. Invest in their other incredibly expensive accessories to help keep your dog safe. Again, it’s worth the price as of now. I wouldn’t trust another company’s kennel with my dog. My dog feels safe during travel and sometimes prefers to sleep in this kennel than his home kennel. The flaws are, in my personal experience, incredibly expensive for material that scratches easily. While this is just a cosmetic issue and not a real one, still worth noting. My crate came with one less hex bolt to attach the top half with the bottom half however this issue was quickly resolved. I have personally sat in this kennel and, again, it gets hot. Buy their expensive fan or make your own. Given the quality of their products, I’d buy their fan but it is ridiculously expensive. Love their payment plan options so look into that.

Ordered from Gunner a few times and everything has shipped quickly and was secured well. Never any issues with packaging or shipping. Haven't had to contact support. Overall 10/10 experience.
