The biggest problem with the pad if anything gets spilled on it, the pad soaks up the moisture and it smells like whatever was spilled on it and then the dog may not want lay on it anymore.

Disappointed. Not soft at all like a previous pad I ordered a few years ago

Quality issues with the door (did not align correctly) we notified customer service the first day , but it was not handled and they requested more troubleshooting and photos. . Our GSP chewed the side bar holes and hurt his gums , the first hour In it. Then the Rivet nut came out the top of the door. More quality issues with the $ 140 Orthopedic bed ( large is too small for the L crate) Frankly this crate is heavy and probably amazing during a crash BUT is Not ideal for home use or with dogs that have phobias or separation anxiety. The Polymer is soft and will Not last Read all of the reviews prior to making a decision.

The door cover themselves are great. The way they are supposed to stay attached to the door i feel is cheap. I have 3 kennels and put all 3 in the bed of the truck. Not one of the door covers stayed on the first day out of the box. They need to be secured on all 4 corners/sides. The magnets are not enough. Thank God they come with the safety strap or I would have lost all 3 of them. I'm sure I'm not the only one that goes over 55mph to get to there hunting property. And they would definitely get lost on a long trip out if state.

We bought this with our kennel (which we LOVE) but after the first winter the velcro straps started to “weather” and ripped off. After the second winter none of the straps that hold the covering were in working condition. For something called “all weather” that costs $170 (plus tax and shipping- so $200) there is a serious design flaw in the Velcro. We like our pups to stay warm and dry, but this product was super disappointing. It was a lot of money to spend for a product to fail as soon as it gets tested.

We have had the best experience with Holloway and the Gunner team. They are quick to reply and are very eager to help/answer questions.

Usually LOVE Gunner products (we have the kennel and more!) but was very disappointed with this bumper. My GSPs teeth punctuated it within the first 10 minutes of training/ the middle piece has now ripped open, plus, the plug keeps falling out.

This is the fourth one I have purchased for my hound. She just turned seven. She is not a chewer or destructive. We hunt pretty hard. These beds just don't last long enough for what they cost.

Not what I expected from a high value kennel. Had to assemble it doors even when locked down make noise. Didnt get free straps because you have to add them to the cart. Unable to issue me a credit for the free straps and sent a gift card instead. Just not a great experience for the value.

Received the first kennel and it had a hole in it. Received the second one and was dented and scratched on the inside of it. Customer service tried to charge me to send one back plus the hassle of having to load them both up and take to a FedEx location over 30 minutes away to return a product they sent out. Very disappointed in the quality control and customer service seemed to not care at all. Guess I wasn’t a valued customer that spent over $1000 with them. Business must be too good to care. If I could give zero stars I would and I don’t leave negative reviews ever. Make sure you check their product! Extremely frustrated with their lack of care!

Allows moisture into food, insects can crawl through lid as seal is not tight enough. Only buy this if you plan to use the food super fast as it’s not a long term storage solution. Have three of these and all three have same results.

Kennel is good but the customer service is not good. The Chat feature is good but you don’t get the right answers (yes it’s a human). I have ordered two kennels and both came with side bolts that were too short. I spent way too much time trying to assemble the first one before finely calling customer service. The response was, “yeah that’s been happening a lot. Seems like we got a bad batch of bolts that are too short.” They sent me new ones but had I needed the kennel that weekend I would have been in trouble. I ordered the second one and same issue. Again, they sent me longer bolts. Why not just fix the known issue. Good kennel but service should be better especially for the cost.

I purchased a kennel based on other’s reviews and the warranty. Within a few months of use (in my pantry), I noticed warping on the floor panel that seemed to cause my dog discomfort due to multiple, significant, raised protrusions. I inquired with Gunner about a replacement and was told “Depending on temperatures, the shape of the polymer can change throughout the year as well. During the summer, they may expand, and during the winter, the bottom might all sag a little bit.” The replacement I requested pursuant to the warrant was denied. The representative blew me off. Not worth the tremendous investment in what was touted as “the best” one.

Kinda hard to get the scoop at the right amount. I was used to using a clear measuring cup and I think I will continue to use it.

Love the Gunner kennel. And I think my blue heeler does as well. I here this past summer(Texas Heat) bought the fan for my Whiskey boy to help with the heat. Received the fan and all was well. Batter started to drain and went to charge it back up and it wasn’t charging. I called and talked to Brian, told him my problem and what was happening and with no questions is sending me a new one since he things it might be a charging port issue. Love that so much with a company that helps out like that. Thank you Brian! Whiskey boy thanks you as well keeping him cool in this Texas weather!

The large crate door metal frame is smaller than the plastic crate door frame.

The kennel itself is very heavy. Once you add the weight of the pet it’s impossible for one person to manage in and out of the house/vehicle. I ordered the supplemental wheel kit but even with that you have to pick the kennel all the way up on one end and the wheels still don’t really work it more drags it than rolls. Just sent to Lowe’s and bought a moving dolly to transport it on. Will see when I pick her back up at the vet this afternoon if that works any better.

We’ve owned a Gunner kennel going on 2 plus years now. It stays in the back of my truck 24/7 in south Mississippi. It has held up to the Extreme heat during the summer months as well as extreme cold temps when we travel north to duck hunt. This product has exceeded my expectations! I definitely recommend to anyone that owns a dog.

We’ve owned our Gunner kennel going on 2 plus years now and we love it! We got the intermediate and has enough room for my lab to move around and be comfortable but also know he’s safe. We also recently purchased a dog bowl and it’s extremely sturdy like the kennel. Would recommend these products.

I wanted to like this bumper, the concept is great. However the chemical smell is so bad my Gordon Setter, Huck wont touch it. So my dog is giving it a One Star. I have been letting it sit outside to outgas, and the smell is dissipating, but Huck is pretty particular and his mind is made up. Sorry.
