Only great experiences so far using Grow Tropicals. Packaging has been great. All plants have easily survived transport even when the postman delivered the box upside down. The regular emails keeping me up to date with my orders are really appreciated. I had ordered from a different site and I'm thinking I've been forgotten by them- no idea whats happened to my order. Whereas I've had 2 seperate orders from grow tropicals within the same time and I've had emails providing updates, care tip links, etc. and I've been very happy. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service from every aspect. I didn't add winter protection to my order, and I quickly recieved an email to confirm if I didn't want winter protection (low temps and snow). I then added winter protection due to temps being 0° and snow forcast. Plants arrived shortly after extremely well packaged, and in fantastic condition. I immediately made a second order, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
