Great service and communication

I have lots of lovely plants from Grow tropicals, my new favourite is the Syngonium Mottled. It's versatile, easy to grow and the leaves are beautiful in colour and shape. A great present, but I'm keeping mine 😅

Arrived very quickly heat pad Still warm. Well packaged and a plant so big could easily subdivide once it’s settled in

I got two small plants, i enjoy growing them. I also got the warming pack. they were packaged really really well and were little snug bugs. I unpacked them and kept the warm pack near them for a while. but thats it if they think they are getting this level of care ongoing they are mistaken, they will be asking for a duvet next. great plants, great packing

Products and customer service are excellent, and the plants are extremely well packed. I opt for the winter care pack at this time of year, just in case there are delivery delays, and it has never let me down even if the courier delivery is delayed (mostly Royal Mail, who could take lessons from Grow Tropicals about what the "service" in customer service actually means).
