Nice plants , though smaller than expected.

Great service as always with Grow Tropicals - they delayed posting a few days while the weather was cold to protect the plants. My mixed box of very small and medium sized plant were packed very safely and with care inside rolled cardboard. I can always find something interesting to add to my collection.

Easy to use and shop on the website, very good communication from order to delivery . Packaged very well , again no damage at all in transit. The plants are always packaged and wrapped very carefully so arrive in perfect condition.

I can’t fault this company, everything is so well packaged so that the plant comes to no harm. The winter care pack is worth adding so that the cold weather doesn’t impact the plants too much. Ordering was easy and the delivery process was updated and I was informed along the way. I will definitely be using again very soon.

Good overall experience

All plants are really healthy. They came beautifully packaged with a little warm pack to keep them from getting cold in transit. Only took a couple of days to arrive. I’ll definitely be buying from GrowTropicals again 😊

Very well packed in foil blanket and heat pack. Dispatched weds, arrived next day by R Mail.

Bought 6 plants, 5 of which were strong plants that have acclimatized and are pushing out new leaves. One one a 6cm Ficus Shivereana Moonshine is struggling. Overall good healthy plants, shipped with care. Perhaps will stick to slightly bigger plants next time (12cm) rather than the really tiny ones.
