The plants came well packaged and were delivered in a perfect amount of time. It was exciting to unbox all the plants and see what mystery ones I had. Customer service were amazing and it really feels like they care about your opinion!

I was really surprised when I opened the mystery box I ordered. I expected plants clinging on for life but took a punt. The plants were as good as some of the local garden centres and two came from their “rare” section of plants. Really pleased. Beautifully packed too

I have just received my first order from Grow Tropicals, and I am very pleased. The plants were well packed and arrived in perfect condition. I am pleased I requested the heat pack, which was still warm when it arrived. In this cold weather I feel my plants have avoided a shock! My order included 3 Anthuriums, but only one was labelled, I think I have I. D'd the other two correctly, so no real problem. Having watched Jungle Haven on YouTube I am feeling excited to be adding these beautiful plants to my home. I can thoroughly recommend this company.

I placed an order with this company for the first time. I have never ordered plants on line before and was bit concerned about the state they might arrive in. I was extremely pleased when they arrived safely and in a superb condition. I did include a winter pack with my order due to the weather conditions and as Royal Mail are busy at this time of year, they package may have been delayed. I shouldn’t have worried the service, plants and Royal Mail were fantastic! I will be ordering again and will definitely be telling my friends about this! Fabulous packaging, as always - I opted for the heat pack because you never know at this time of year if it's going to suddenly get cold overnight, and Royal Mail are a bit behind with deliveries so I didn't want the plants getting chilled. Every plant is taped to, and wrapped in, corrugated cardboard formed into a tube, so they stay upright and are well protected. The growing medium is also well covered to keep it where it needs to be - not boxes filled with loose medium and broken bits of leaf from these guys. Empty spaces are filled with air bags and they cover everything with a heat-retaining foil sheet like the ones the athletes are wrapped in when they finish the London Marathon. There was a bit of a mix-up with the Alocasia Batwing, when I accidentally ordered a second having forgotten I already had one on order and then cancelled it, but someone didn't realise it was a cancellation and amalgamated the two orders. That all worked out fine though, and I decided to pay for the second one so I could keep it (they had refunded me immediately for the cancelled order) and because, well, why have one Batwing when you can have two? Now I need more growlights, and more shelves, and a bigger home with bigger windows!
