Pretty little plants, packaged perfectly and some were still moist. Not a leaf lost! And no soil spillage in the box

Arrived in good packaging (safe & unharmed) the heat pack was cold (by comparison to another company I used who used two heat packs and that plant arrived still warm) the PPP & PPPM are both stunning plants with the PPP coming in larger and fuller. I would use again but I wasn’t amused at receiving an email stating with the cold weather I’d be better off having a heat protection pack (when I had one!!!! It felt very consumerist and annoyed me if I’m honest - bad business model to send everyone who purchased the heat protection pack that email when in my case I had paid for it!)

My first order went well. I was sure checkout page said Saturday delivery cut-off was 1pm on Friday, but the issue was solved easily with emails, very helpful and professional. They even added in winter protection. Will shop here again.
