I like the fact that during the cold seasons, Grow Tropicals advices is to add winter protection , this includes a sheet of light silver foil sheet and a little sachet which stays warm while the plant is on its journey. I don’t usually buy plants in the winter but this protection means you can which is great. .

Fantastic packaging - each plant feels like unwrapping a special gift. Plants always arrive safely, no soil spillages or damaged plants in transit. Customer service is brilliant - A special mention to Jess who has been so helpful answering questions and assisting me with any query I may have. The colour of the leaves are even darker in person the contrast is so striking it almost looks black and white in lower light. Absolutely amazing texture, leaf detail and quality. Thank you Grow Tropicals :)
