The purchase was simple, the shipping and resizing of the ring so far is excellent, I said so far cause I’m still waiting on the return of the resized ring, I purchased it to small so I sent it back to be resized , so I’m waiting on the return: however, so far the customer service has been professional.

The ring is absolutely beautiful and I am very pleased with this ring. It was an anniversary present to upgrade my wedding ring set. The customer service with Grown Brilliance has been less pleasing and completely aggravating. You set up an account with your email which is fine, but my email got locked up and is unable to be recovered and Grown Brilliance has no way for you to update your contact information with an email change. Since I bought the extra insurance they provided, this makes my situation very tricky since the store does business through your email only. I would recommend going to a different business that has better customer service.
