She has an amazing sense of style and proportion and was a delight to work with in all aspects of the process, very patient and generous in showing many different stones for comparison and explaining the measures of quality. Equally importantly, the company provided excellent service in making sure the ring was delivered on time (Christmas Eve), with the store manager Chynna staying on top of the process to ensure timely delivery and providing real-time updates via text and voice so we were completely comfortable that she would make our delivery date. GREAT so far. Did have to send back for resizing but that's us, not you. Only mentioning because we haven't closed the loop on our start-to-finish experience quite yet (ring still being worked on), but based on the experience to-date, I am very optimistic.

I also ordered a 3 Ct wedding band supposed to be shipped on 12/17. Not even close. As of today the band is on its way from an oversees production facility. No shipping date provided. I will not be doing any new business with your company. You have screwed up my Christmas shopping. Shame.
