I had a great experience with Grown Brilliance from start to finish. The process itself was easy and smooth — honestly, the hardest part was deciding which ring to buy. Before ordering, I scheduled a call with one of their associates. They gave me a lot of helpful background on the rings, the ordering process, and what to expect. More importantly, the conversation gave me some peace of mind about what was a very important purchase for me. Once I finally made my decision, ordering was incredibly easy. The hardest part after that was waiting for the ring to arrive! It actually arrived earlier than expected and was very well packaged. I chose not to use the Grown Brilliance ring box for the proposal, but that had nothing to do with its quality. I had a specific presentation in mind and ordered an all-black ring box with an LED light, which really made the diamond stand out when I presented it to her. Most importantly, she absolutely loves the ring and gets compliments on it all the time. I’m already planning to order the matching wedding band from Grown Brilliance within the next year. If you’re hesitant about making an important purchase like this online through Grown Brilliance, I wouldn’t be. My experience was easy, professional, and reassuring through every touchpoint. I would absolutely purchase from them again.

Special order my 25th wedding ring along with matching band did alot of research on website even did a virtual consultation that helped me pick the perfect diamond and set. Shipping came by ups required a signature have no complaints love my ring difentetly recommend grown brillance. Picture does not do justice it is gorgeous

I lost my wedding ring after 22 years. I worked with Sydney to help customize a replica. I cannot state enough how well it turned out. It looks exactly like my original. Sydney listened to all of the feedback I gave and guided the team to create an amazing piece for me. As much as I wanted to get it done quickly, I'm glad we took the time to look at even the smallest details to make it what it is today. I am overwhelmed with appreciation. My original is the picture that is a little blurry and my new one is also shown.
