Great product, terrible store manager. I tried to purchase this at your store in Columbus Ohio at Easton. I was told that to get the piece in yellow gold I had to do a custom order. I did that putting down $100 as instructed. The custom team informed me that this was not a custom piece. By the time I received the answer the price had gone up nearly $450. I was working with your store manager Cassandra and she dropped the ball several times. She gave me incorrect information a few times and never did come through. I finally was able to get in touch with the customer service rep that was able to send me a code that corrected the price. You should seriously consider replacing the manager at that store, as I will not be back there as long as she is in that position. I have bought other pieces from you previously and was both surprised and very disappointed in this experience. I spent untold hours working through the mess that was this transaction.

Ordering through the Grown Brilliance website was simple and straightforward, and the estimated delivery time was right on target, it arrived in about two weeks, just as promised. The cross is absolutely beautiful but the cross gets stuck in the clasp about once a day. Can you please figure out how to keep that from happening?
