I wanted to write this review because my engagement ring from Grown Brilliance is genuinely the most breathtaking piece of jewelry I have ever seen in my life. We took a chance with Grown Brilliance since they are a newer company with limited feedback online- however when I saw this design, I fell in love with how unique it was and my now fiancé ordered it for a surprise proposal on New Year’s Eve. I genuinely did not see a design like this anywhere else, even after combing through every jewelry retailer available on the internet. The 3D images and 360 degree video of the ring are extremely accurate, my ring looks exactly as pictured. I also love how customizable the options were; my fiancé ordered my ring with a 4 ct oval focal diamond set in yellow gold. The quality of the diamonds are truly stunning and the craftsmanship is impeccable. We could not be happier with the ring and our experience, especially since we never went to try on rings in person. I can’t wait to have this gorgeous ring forever, and my matching wedding band was just shipped today! The diamonds sparkle fantastically, I can’t wait to try on the matching band alongside my engagement ring. We are thrilled. Thank you Grown Brilliance!

The photos of the eternity band were misleading. I am very disappointed in the size of the stones and the overall ring appearance. Certainly not worth the price paid.

Purchased a ring. You told me you needed more info before you could approve my purchase. I felt scammed. So to see if you were real or not I purchased another ring and BAM…that charge went thru and I got a ring from you. Wasn’t the ring I wanted! I wanted the first purchase that you rejected I used the same card both times. Not great customer service in my book. Ring is not that nice.

I wish the delivery times were more accurate but happy with the product

I chose a beautiful diamond ring, but I still haven’t had a chance to wear it because I ordered it early in January and they said it would take two weeks to come in. After two weeks, it still wasn’t there so I waited called again in three weeks and they told me it was there. Nobody ever called to let me know. So I’m sure the ring is gorgeous, but I haven’t had a chance to wear it because nobody ever let me know that it was in the store. Poor customer service, for that reason.

This ring turned out perfect. Granted, I did follow given instructions but, it was exactly what my Lady wanted. From purchase to arrival took exactly 2 weeks which worked out perfectly for me. She hasn’t stopped looking at her hand ever since 🫡
