This bracelet is exactly what my wife wanted in regards to size and appearance. However, the first stage of the locking clasp has never worked, it simply slides in and out. It was sent in for warranty repair and returned as "fixed" but still does not lock/stay closed. I don't know if this is wrong dimensions or poor material design. As long as the second locking mechanism stays shut, we will be okay. This worries me about the build quality of Grown Brilliance products and so I will not purchase from them again in the future.

Purchased as a gift. Packaging was very nice. The earrings themselves were fine, but the ruby color seemed off. The clasp was nearly impossible to deal with - that was the main reason for ultimately returning the earrings. This was also the first piece of marketed fine jewelry that I purchased which did not come with a certificate validating color, clarity, size of the item. It never dawned on me that a jeweler wouldn’t provide this. In fairness, that is disclosed if you look for it in the FAQ section of their site.

I've ordered 3 rings. They are great and my wife loves them. She gets A LOT of compliments. The only problem is every time I order them, I set the size at 7, but it defaults to a 4 after it's placed. The first time I figured it was my fault for not checking it over during check out, but the second time I made sure to check the specifics during the whole process. In total, I've had to spend an extra 3k on all of them at a local jeweler to resize them. The size difference required more gold. I wouldn't mind paying the extra money on the original order because of the added gold. It's the inconvenience that gives you 3 instead of 5 stars. I'm sure I could've sent it back, but I needed the rings each time sooner than later, as they were gifts for special occasions.
