Needed to pay additional taxes prior to receiving item then was told it was from outside the united states yet shipping is from New York. I was ripped off!!!

Not quite as expected

I absolutely adore my new Highlander Ruana Buchanan Antique Extra Warmth, especially coming into cooler weather it makes a huge difference and is loose enough to be able to work in it too.
