I ordered one for myself and one for my friend who had supported me through my breast cancer diagnosis and treatment during 2024, as we were going on a Norwegian Fjords cruise i was hoping it would arrive beforehand. I recieved an email saying it was to be dispatched after the cruise but that if I replied to the email they may well dispatch sooner. I gave it a shot, I was so pleases when I recieved a reply stating they would dispatch sooner and hoping we had a lovely cruise. Everytime I emailed back I recieved a reply. As you can see from the photo we got to wear them in Olden. We are both looking forward to wearing them in winter 😀 The scarves are lovely, great quality and as tou can see the customer service is great. Thank you so much for the scarves but also for supporting such a great cause. ❤️

I am very disappointed. I ordered an item many months ago that was scheduled to be completed at end of January. It was for an 80th birthday gift. Despite several reminders I have still not received my item, but I have this request to review my purchase which I have not received yet, nearly a year later

So appalled . Despite numerous emails & having paid for express delivery)item is a gift needed by July 4th) I still have not received my order. Very polite emails but absolutely no effort to sort this and get my order delivered! Will most certainly not recommend ordering from this company - hugely disappointed.

I ordered goods from this company on 28 May 2025, the money was taken from my bank on 29 May 2025, I am still waiting for my goods, I have tried to contact this company via email and phone but never get a reply. This was to support breast cancer, I feel this company is a RIP OF MERCHANT playing on the heart strings of breast cancer sufferers. Disgusting service.
