Despite long wait for the special Ukraine tartan scarf, I'm happy to have participated in the awareness effort. It's beautiful, and the quality is top-notch. (I had bought one in the first run, but it accidentally got mixed in with the washing and drying and, well. . . you know what happened 😒. ) Glad to have had a second chance to give it to my wife for Christmas!

I ordered my scarf on 3/19 and still don’t have it ! Got an email weeks ago saying it was on the way but the carrier website says they have the order but not the parcel!!! When will I receive it??????????????

I loved the product, as did the recipient, but I was disappointed that it arrived more than a month late. I realize that it was an estimated delivery date, but I ordered the item well in advance. I would highly recommend you to others, but I would encourage folks to order even further in advance than I did.

I absolutely LOVE my Buchanan tartan stole! The colors are stunning and the heavy weight of the stole is so warm and comforting. The quality is exceptional. The only thing I didn’t like was the tariffs/customs payment I had to pay (in US), but that wasn’t the fault of Great Scot. I will order again from this company, but will wait until the tariffs are removed. Lovely stole!!!

Needed to pay additional taxes prior to receiving item then was told it was from outside the united states yet shipping is from New York. I was ripped off!!!

I am still waiting for refund regarding this order as I rejected shipment due to massive customs and taxes - as I already wrote. Of course I have documentation from the authorities. Maybe you have not received it yet??˚ hope to have my payment from you soon. Thank you Best regards S Fields
