They have gone above and beyond to help me when needed and I can’t thank them enough. I have a beautiful ruana and will be receiving 2 other items when able. You will be so happy with their service and items for sale. Just remember they are in Scotland so delivery is longer and the tariffs are not their doing so be patient and enjoy your item(s) when they arrive.

Avec toutes les arnaques en tout genre il est très fâcheux de laisser ses moyens de paiement sur des plates-formes + ou - inconnus et tout ça dans une langue que je dois traduire chaque fois. TERRIBLE - Ordered in MARCH 2025 and I have NOT received my product nor a refund. I have been asking for a refund for 8 months and they keep giving me the runaround - that is whenever they decide to answer an email. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!

The scarf is absolutely wonderful and I only wished that I had ordered the shawl instead as the delivery took so long.

I own a pink tartan shawl that I love. It came and was the exact color portrayed. Ordered two shawls for Xmas for my girls. Received both. The Red tartan plain "Royal Stewart" was not the red photpgraphed but a muted color. And it was made of 20% recycled materials. My other shawl was premium quality. Both of these seemed to be made of poorer quality materials. Products were also not received. Had to reach out. Never heard back. Finally received a message from shipper to pay tariffs (I'm in the US). Paid and did receive them. I will not be shopping for second rate goods at highest prices Thank you.

It took many months to finally receive my scarf. Then before I could have it delivered, I had to pay an additional $20. I had already paid for shipping. I think I ordered in April 2025, but did not actually have my scarf until December 2025. It's not a very big scarf. I could've purchased an equally nice one in an upscale store for $25. I ended up paying three times that!

The scarf is lovely, but customer services leaves a little bit to be desired, communication is key, and not just bot responses

Items recd was not as described (website description changed after purchase) Had to wait longer than promised and value for smaller item was disappointing
