Your product is great. In fact, it’s my husband’s favourite scarf. However, communication and transparency of the ordering process is anything but: For months I was left in the dark when to expect delivery. Then I received it as I cancelled the order a few days before Christmas. At the beginning of 2026 I received an email announcing another dispatch. Quite chaotic, frankly.

I placed my order on 13/2/26 after several emails to them I still haven’t received my order or a refund they have £62 of my money . I would absolutely not recommend this company. And would advise anyone thinking of ordering from them to think again this is a disgusting.

I would love to tell you about my purchase but I ordered it 1/29, shipped 2/6 and it is still stuck in customs and has still not arrived. I have inquired with your email address and no information or response. please help.

The scarf is beautiful and lovely quality.

Beautiful and thick fabric however the left over dye aroma is overwhelming. I washed and dried it hoping to remove the odor but it will take several more attempts as it is still very strong

Great Scot is a fabulous business with top quality items for sale. The staff that I have worked with are the kindest and most dedicated to the business. They have gone above and beyond to help me when needed and I can’t thank them enough. I have a beautiful ruana and will be receiving 2 other items when able. You will be so happy with their service and items for sale. Just remember they are in Scotland so delivery is longer and the tariffs are not their doing so be patient and enjoy your item(s) when they arrive.

Re my Order No 55956 which I placed om 30th December 2025 and paid for by Visa . . . I am so disappointed as it is now 22nd February 2026 and not a sign of my goods. I have emailed you quite a few times-no response from you- and you do not answer your phone. What on this earth is going on with your company and where is my order. Guessing this will get no response either. Therefore I cannot recommend your company ever!
