I have not received my order!

Ordered my item, waited for many months (10 months), when I received an email stating I needed to pay customs and duties I was excited it was finally coming. Imagine my surprise when I opened the package and it was not even close to what I ordered. So now I am waiting to hear if I will ever get the product I ordered………

Really pleased with scarf - beautifully made and presented.

The scarf I bought is lovely but is too itchy/scatchy for me to wear. No packing slip to return it and couldn't get the Self Serve Returns to work. I emailed you only to get a reply telling me to use the Self Service returns. I presume you use AI. Not good enough. I will phone on Monday.

The scarf itself is beautiful - soft, warm, beautiful colors and weaving - excellent workmanship. However, the process to get the scarf left much to be desired. When I first ordered the scarf in April, Great Scot projected an August/September delivery. That made sense. I received a couple of emails that really conveyed no useful information. When I wrote in October, the response somewhat insulted my intelligence by insinuating that my expectations were unrealistic and it was incumbent on me to constantly check the website for updates. The attitude I got from your company was that I should feel privileged to buy your product, not that I was a valued customer. All to say - this isn’t really good customer service. Given the prices of your luxury products, you should really be providing luxury customer service. That means realistic dispatch projections and regular informative updates. I absolutely love my scarf, but I’m not certain I will order for your company again because of the service.

I did not receive my scarves. I was not told that the scarves would be shipped with a company that charged $178 for scarves that cost $150

Appalling communication, slow delivery but I will concur that the product was lovely. However the stress involved getting it wasn’t worth it especially as this was for a wedding so lateness and no updates was just not on! That means I wouldn’t order from you again
