Do Not Use This Company. After waiting over a month for an order that was in stock, I received a damaged poncho. Upon contacting Great Scot for a return I was told I could return at my own cost and subject to a £20 restocking fee, for a product that they shipped to me damaged! I've just received my return back, apparently despite having my return approved by Great Scot they then declined it at their premises meaning I now also down £7. 50 it cost me to post to them. Now over £100 down and with a poncho that's fit for the bin I've had enough and will be using Chargeback to claim some money back from this sham of a company.

Dear Great Scot, I first bought one poncho, and when I saw how perfect it is in our Danish climate, I also bought one for my grandchildren. We just love them. Here I Denmark is windy and the warm wool is wonderful and the tartan designs are just beautiful.

Never received package.

I never received the item ordered in June. There were plenty of marketing emails but hardly any communication on order status. I was looking forward to receiving the Ukraine tartan, so it’s a real disappointment.

Ordered the pink breast cancer scarf 10 November. 2025, still not recieved said order. I have tried to contact you several times through the shop app. Can you please let me know why after taking my money you have not completed my order

I ordered 2 scarfs in July, was promised delivery in October then November and now by Christmas. I e mailed to say I needed them by this weekend, had no reply.

I received my 'Scotland Forever' luxury oversized scarf a couple of weeks ago and I am very pleased and happy with it although I was expecting it to be Blue not purple, but I am keeping it anyway. I would still like a Bright Blue one similar to the Official Path-Finder tartan used at the Edinburgh Military Tattoo by the International Musicians' Marching Band. Do you have anything like that?

Product was absolutely awesome. Delivery to US took a long time and was difficult but customer service was very communicative until product arrived!

Having ordered four scarves as Christmas gifts, I’m wondering how long the delivery will take, as I’ve already been waiting for two weeks. I hope it doesn’t take a month and that they arrive before Christmas!

Found large scarf fabric very hard have been told it will soften in time. I feel that its not long enough to make a good wrap. Sorry. . . .

Absolutely loved the teddy and the tartan was good quality with a very nice texture

I had a hard time finding size of scarf so I totally went off the photo. It showed the scarf around her shoulder and over her arm. What I received was about 9” wide. It is well made. Absolutely beautiful. And I love to support the cause. But disappointed in the size.

I absolutely love everything that I have purchased and received to date. The quality, the Karen shipping and, I love opening the packages to see the gorgeous colors. Unfortunately, my last order which was placed December, 2024 and was late in shipping because y’all ran out of of one of the scarves in the tartan that I selected. Your shipping agent returned my items to you and conveniently let me know my error without responding to my inquiries for help directly ERVi. So, instead of responding to my direct email request for support from their support team and since I am not British, I mistakenly read the date certain that I needed to pay tariffs on items that I purchased before tariffs were put in place as February 2025 when it was actually November 2025. I dearly would love to get this straightened out and I trust that your fantastic team will work with me to get my order shipped. I will definitely use the tariff “coupon“ that Great Scot has made available to us poor souls suffering under these awful circumstances here in the United States. I love you guys, and look forward to making additional purchases. I’m very much looking forward to straightening this configuration out and look forward to making additional purchases as I mentioned earlier. I would love additional items to be offered in my clan tartan, which is Duncan. It can be old Duncan or new Duncan, I will definitely purchase them. Thank you for being a wonderful company with tremendously.

I’m still waiting to receive my order. I wanted this in October for Breast Cancer awareness month since I am going through treatment. Now I really don’t care about it anymore. Terrible service. Won’t ever order anything again and will leave comments to recommend other people don’t either.
