Amazing product, used it for three consecutive months during my travels and never once let me down! Support were very reassuring and resolved all my concerns.

I am not getting 24 ounces filtered water out of this product. Please see attached my photos. And please note Max filled line on the side of the bottle I have marked.

The coffee press works great. The screen has the perfect perforation size to keep fines of coffee out of your cup. If using the right grind level that is. . . This is a much appreciated addition to something I’m already carrying in the backcountry thus streamlining my kit. Thanks for another amazing product grayl you’ve made a fan boy out of me and I will continue recommending products to friends and family.

Hi, I was extremely disappointed and disatisfied with the outcome of my interaction! As a loyal grayl customer and advocate I expect Ed better treatment from this company. I felt like this was my first issue with a water filter it is my third bottle and dealing with leaking and mold growth

I like GRAYL vary much. However I am a little disappointed with my latest purchase. Because I am still waiting for it. It shipped on 01/27/2026. And it is now 02/05/2026. So I will be glad to rate it as soon as I receive it.

I run a company and if I responded as your customer service did, I would have no customers. I was truly disappointed in your customer care. We have several bottles we bought and none perform like the two that we tried to tell you about. My staff member was the one interacting with your customer service snd frankly we will never buy from you all again. Your product is not functioning properly. The others operate with ease. These two we tried to tell you about - you made us feel like we were stupid to even bring to your attention. We did multiple videos trying to show you the difficulty but you disregarded them and minimized our complaint. Taking responsibility for a product you produce, that does not perform equally to others is basic sales. We have comparable products and they do not perform equally. The bottle has not been used for 3 months. They were given as gifts at Christmas and did not even get first use until mid January where they failed to be usable. Your advertisement that you stand by your product is not valid. Any guarantee you offer is not truthful. My review and poor rating stands and we will encourage others who travel with us internationally to not to buy from your company.

We bought several of their filtered water bottles as Christmas gifts for staff members who travel often, two of the products were faulty and when reaching out to the company to resolve the issue, they were unhelpful and told us it was user error, though we had others that work just fine and sent video showing this. I would not recommend this product.

Product never arrived…ordered three weeks before my trip and customer service just kept saying it would arrive in time and did nothing to get things expedited. Will be returning if it ever comes
