I contacted you back in June and all your text messages or emails seems to have disappeared. I had to re-file everything and at that time when I first contacted you, you agreed to send a lid. I have no need for a new lid other than to replace the defective one. Now you’re spending all your time trying to avoid sending me that lid.

I asked for information about how an older model and how to get a replacement cartridge and I have gotten an answer quickly. Super nice! An idea for a archive page with all the models could be a nice idea.

I guess it was bad luck but I ordered my grayl and was informed the price was already reduced but 2 days later it went from 10% to 25% off so what do I return it and order a new one at 25% off? Or do you compensate me. . . I had two friends purchased these based on my recommendation at 25% off I guess we will see how it works when I get it
