I have been bike packing and this works incredibly well - used as a water bottle, but have managed to cook it on the minuscule titanium stove top - a sort of all in one survival kit - water bottle/water purifier/stove. Genius.

I was sent automated emails counting down the 48 hours time limit on the 10% sign up offer. When I contacted customer services they said that I still had the discount voucher available. It was a bit confusing. I currently live in Kosovo, Europe. I will be moving to The UK for a week then hiking the CT in July / August. I understand that sharing cattle watering holes / water tanks may give poor quality water. So I need a Grayl Geopress or Ultra press. I am waiting for a friend to give me their address in Denver, CO so I can order the Ultra press(es). I would like to keep the 10% discount voucher available. Please advise by emailing me. Received an email offering 20% discount; attempted to use, disallowed. Contacted online support, given a 10% discount code. When questioned as to why 20% was unavailable, told this was only for . com site and not for . co. uk which I was (naturally; I’m in the UK) using. Informed they could assist no further. Either honour the emailed discount code worldwide or don’t send it to residents of countries where it cannot. The customer service rep certainly came across as dismissive + unhelpful; they answered my question but did so abruptly with no apology for issues outside of their control but within that of their employer who they are representing. This experience negated my intended purchase from Grayl.
