the product is fantastic. The actual shipping time was accurate, but the time to get it out the door was wayyyyyyyyyyy off.

I bought for a trip. Wow heavy. Good thing I don't have to carry a lot. Would never use backpacking. Why no 30+ oz... Probably because it would be 3 lbs. But it would be delightful if titanium was plastic inside so it was lighter than the full plastic one. Overall a bottle to do what I need. Probably won't use for anything but the trip but it's a nice bottle.

I was super excited to use my new Grayl filter on my backpacking trip in Colorado this past weekend. It was pretty easy to use and I loved being able to drink good tasting filtered water without worrying about viruses. The only two issues: it can be difficult to pull the fill cup back off the filter because of the water/suction pressure between the filter and the cup; it's also not the lightest piece of equipment, but it works great. Glad I was able to get one and would recommend.

10 out of 10 Wouldn't leave home without it on my travels.

The press shipped out the next business day after ordering over the weekend

Would have preferred to add it to the Grayl that I was purchasing at the time. Purchase process was not smooth.

I actually love my Grayl sling, if Grayl missed anything on their launch, it was color options, I mean no Grayl, GRAYl, it’s in the NAME even. But seriously, I love the sling, I love the capability and capacity. Too many slings are 1.5-7L and all that does is annoy me. Good stuff

Shipping was bad

I have used my grayl in some crazy places, I can honestly say I rely on it. Replacement filters are cheap for the service you get, came quick, well packaged! Great service!

Top quality product.

Shipping was a little slow but overall great experience.

Bottle is pictured as white, named as white, but is actually tan. . . Misrepresented. Pictures and probably the name should be updated so people don't end up with a color they don't want.

Great product and a quality produce and great value for money. Yes this is a large initial investment but it will last for a long time.

Bought this for camping and as part of my emergency preparedness kit. It feels extremely well made and robust, and I particularly like the titanium version as it gives me more options when I'm outdoors. It's not cheap, but I wanted something dependable that I could keep for years. Really pleased with it so far.

From ordering to shipping Grayl has created a user friendly experience

Quick shipping, easy to make my purchase.

You didn't give me any information about donations or how to contact someone in the company that deals with that sort of thing.

Hello, I love the product but I once had a reclamation and never ever get any answer even after several emails. So that's poor customer service. That's all I have to say.

Still waiting on an explanation and possible fix for the leakage between the outer and inner cylinder when the grays is inverted. The gel was being used for the first time on this trip and had never been washed. The issue persisted after I replaced the filter.

As always a very nice product from Grayl
