When I’m out riding I can carry water or my filter and some accessories on my bike and not on the bike

Worked just as described. Really liked being able to filter enough water to fill up my standard bottles before getting into the mountain tops. The only challenge becomes finding a stream on the high ground.

Packaging was minimal but informative. Product was highly recommended from friends and internet community. The Geo Press looks to be really well made and looks like it will be durable for years, and lots of use, to come. I also used Grayl's customer service e-mail and the response time as well as answer were great! I was impressed by how quickly I received a response and how clear and straight forward the response was.

Great product, but the return and exchange department needs to be fired! They are Rude and never reply to your emails. Then when they do, the tell you your rude because your mad that all you want to do was exchange your press for another color without any response to your emails for weeks. Of course someone is gonna be upset that it seems like they wait to respond so the warranty runs out unless you vlow their emails up.

Cust service is fine. Do not like that just because I purchased my products at REI they do not come eith the covers!! Then say they are 25 bucks each!!!!! Really?!?!?! No thanks

I have never received worse products or service in my (a senior) life. I ordered the filtered bottle. It was missing a filter. I returned it. I did not receive any communication and as far as I'm aware, any refund. I then bought the titanium filtered bottle. What I received was missing the filter and a piece at the top. I contacted the company several times asking for their help to understand what was missing and how to overcome it. They did not respond to my effort. I asked to return the titanium bottle but they did not reply with a means to do so. I am out hundrreds of dollars for merchandise that doesn't work. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

So far so good although I wish you offered a longer lasting filter for the geopress, I'd love to have a two type, one that can filter purify and improve taste and another that just purifies but lasts much longer, similar to other purifiers on the market, but I love the setup and it's been a game changer for me and my dogs out in the back country!
