Great water bottle

I received a response that I should use a fine sandpaper to smooth the mouthpiece. I said thanks however I don’t believe that was the best advice. Poor communications and very disappointed after spending 300. 00 on what I thought was the best quality purifier. I wasn’t looking for a free replacement but rather how I could replace the lid. I called twice and left messages with no response. At least I got the response sandpaper email.

Shipping went well, quite a few options, still trying to understand them all and use them. Have logged quite a few miles already just on the hip with a large hip pack and a compound bow. Fits well and easy to access, hopefully I won't need to. . . Thank you, Robert

I wish the cap was connected to the lid like the 24oz bottle but other than that it’s great.

I had ordered an additional filter for my grayl ( orange) and was shipped a black one. I contacted customer service and they promptly shipped out the correct item as ordered. 👍👍

Great website, and quick, accurate shipping. The geopress is very professionally packaged. I was a bit bummed that I didn’t receive the extra filter I ordered for a backup but hopefully I can get it once it’s back in stock. Excellent product that makes clean safe drinking water.

Ordered a filter and a grill water bottle and for a week no communication no notification or shipment then I reach out form that they’re out of stock of the filter that they said they had in stock and that they could not split the order up so that I had to cancel the filter and I just didn’t get to have one so I did that once I reached out to them they did communicate with me just seemed really weird

As I explained to a rep on an email, this product would be even better if there was a pressure release valve on the bottom of the bottle. The bottles would then be able to slide off one another with ease. It is very difficult to get the bottles apart from each other after filtering water. I am sending a Pic of an idea for Grayl Generation 2, for an idea. As a woman, if on a thru hike by myself, that would be frustrating and freak me out if I didnt have my husband to get the bottles apart!! We just hiked the Timberline Trail and used these for the first time. Loved how quickly they filter, but the 3 of us were irritated that you we really had to wiggle and funagle the bottles to get them apart. Could be more user friendly.

Response was fairly short and curt. Not very friendly or understanding. I felt that I brought a legitimate concern and it was placated with policy vs customer service based approach.
