Excellent to deal with. I wasn't sure on size and their sizing recommendation didn't quite work for me. I'm a 10D/E on the Brannock device and ended up working down through 9. 5, 9, and finally 8. 5E before landing on the right fit. They made the whole thing easy with free returns and simple shipping, so even though it took a few tries to dial in the size, the experience was excellent from start to finish.

This is a beautiful shoe that is unfortunately on the narrow side, despite their website saying it runs true to size with a standard width. I have never had an issue fitting into 7. 5Bs before, but this shoe feels too tight and leaves me sore after just 1-2 hours of wear. I will continue to wear for short periods to see if they will break in further, but I do think ultimately they are too tight. The next size up was much too big, so this one really should fit, but it doesn't. I hope to be able to get one of their boots, as I feel that the different widths offered would be better for my feet.

I’m really happy with these women’s cedar shoe trees. They feel well-made, fit nicely in my shoes, and the cedar has a clean, fresh scent without being overpowering. They help the shoes keep their shape and feel like a quality product overall. Definitely a useful addition if you want to take better care of your footwear.
