Superb service.

First off, Grant Stone customer service was excellent helping me to find the perfect size. The Brass boot in Tan Essex is a patina monster. Just a few days of wearing and the boot has already developed and changed in color. Can’t wait to see what these look like in a year. I also truly appreciate the softness of the lug sole. I’ve always gravitated to wedge soles because of the extra softness, but that is not necessary with these. Cheers to Grant Stone for making a wonderful product!

The quality of my Diesel boot was a big let down.

The Grant Stone Brass in Saddle Tan is one of those boots you pick up and instantly feel the quality. The build is sturdy and firm, the stitching is tight, and the leather feels thick, rich, and premium. You can tell these were made with care and meant to last. I have the same boot in Diesel with the same leather, so I know it’s going to take some time to break in — but that’s exactly what I expect from high-quality hides like this. They mold to you, not the other way around. Even as a B-grade pair, the only “flaw” I noticed was a tiny oil stain that honestly gives the boots a little character. Otherwise, they look and feel like full-price quality. Super well made, confidence-inspiring, and built for the long haul.

I ordered two pair of boots during the Black Friday sale. This pricing is amazing! The shipping process was very fast. Had to exchange one of the pair of boots for different size which was a gift for someone who had never worn heritage boots. The "Return Gift" process is excellent. Great capability for a recipient of a gift in a different geographic location from the person who bought them. The exchange process was fast and efficient. Ended up getting the perfect fit.
