Unfortunately I received defective tires which is not GP Bikes fault. But it’s been a month of me dealing with them trying to get the rear tire replaced, even with photos and videos of the issue. I’ve sent email after email trying to get an update on the situation and nothing. The only time it seems I can get someone to look at the email chain is when I call, then they say they’ll get right on it. Of course when I follow up after that still nothing. I didn’t want to write this review because I’m sure these are great hard working people, but my purchase with them has been anything but easy. Hopefully can be resolved soon.

At first, these boots were very hard to break in, but I realised they need a bit of time to soften. Now they’re comfortable, and I love the look and quality of the boots.

Easy enough! Have shopped in person many times, but this online order was quite seamless with good communication about delivery times/shipping/etc.
