GP bikes is an enjoyable online experience and when you visit the store, the help is top notch everytime.

Placed an order for motorcycle tires that were stock. They invoiced right away and billet thé crédit card. Aftermath 2 week without news from them, trier to contact them with 2 emails and chat with customer service, no sound, no image. Trier to phone, no answer. Do not buy from them. They have good prices but this is it.

Purchase experience was good. First ride on new 2026 limited edition Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RX = stalls and check ABS / suspension / engine lights 12 km on odometer and promptly picked up by GP Bikes. But then they had it for 3 weeks and every time I called service dept. for update = promised return call which they did not do. So not idea what the issue is or when I will get it back. No calls back, so I go there on a Saturday (16 days) after they pick it up, and bumped into sales guy that sold me the bike. He assured me, he would have the service manager call Monday morning, but again no call received. I go there again the following Thursday with a trailer and plan to take it to another Triumph dealership. I am asked to wait. 20 minutes later service manager says sorry they will look at it now. In another 40 minutes it is scanned, error codes cleared, and short test ride done. They say it is all good to go. I now have zero confidence in new bike that might be fine or might just leave me stranded. GP Bikes, had my new limited edition bike for 3 weeks including 3 weekends (would have been 4 weekends if I did not go there a second time with a trailer to pick it up. GP Bikes did zero until I showed up a 2nd time. I think their service for a new motorcycle they sold that was having issues is "MANY BAD WORDS". I turned down offer of free 1st service (= (a free oil change and quick check), which does not tempt me to return for service and does not make this terrible service right. Also when bike was pick up it was covered in gritty black grimy film (not dust) = worthy of more bad words (which I did not provide).

I am from Alberta and everything showed up very quick and there was a issue with my order they emailed me and I called them and was sorted out and refund was fast! Would recommend them to anyone!

Contacted me that the box had slight damage. Slightly reduced the cost and shipped them in a better box. Fast shipoing, great price with excellent communication. Super happy.

Shipping was a little long because they were waiting for a piece of my order to come from another place, it did eventually come though. Price was great, had to return a product and was super easy. Would definitely buy from again.

They sometimes have sales which eliminates our ridiculous provincial and fed taxes. Also prompt shipping.

GP is great, I try to buy the right thing first but have failed then order a heap of stuff and send it all back. Sucks having to then pay the shipping but that's life. Its hard figuring out these Italian sizes. But the order comes I keep everything as nice and presented as it came for the next person; keep what fits and send the rest back. Easy peasy.

GP Bikes was great to deal with on buying my helmet. Huge selection, great prices and super fast shipping. When I bought my RPHA 71 helmet I bought a med as that’s what I usually wear but HJC RPHA helmets seem to fit small but GP was great to let me return my med in exchange for a large and reshipped the large to me which I had within 4 days. Def will deal with them in the future A++
