I ordered the proof sets for my children. They all collect coins so I thought it would be a great gift

Just realized that I could have bought the same items from the us mint for 1/4 of the price. So dumb.

Always helpful when I speak with Mike. He lets me know about new offers, but he is not pushy, just informative.

Poor tracking tool fir added expense shipping.

Always well packaged and indiscreet. On time quality coins and products. Website, why so many sold out items? I don’t need to see those. Have a dropdown for available only.

I appreciate the transparency of shopping on Govmint. com. By listing the credit card price and offering free shipping on all sales >$149.00, there are no surprises at check out. I also appreciate that your credit card price is a fair increase from your EFT pricing. Many of your competitors charge an indefensible premium for using a credit card. My suggestion is to better link your products to all applicable search criteria.

Everything came at the same time. Shipping was discrete and fast. Loved availability of purchase

Great

The whole process was seamless. Everything went as expected. Will buy from them again in the future.

Good price

I like 1oz silver. bar in the $70 range

OK, some prices too high.

My order had a coin that had slipped out of its slot. I called and was answered very quickly and by a very helpful lady. She gathered all the information for the return and replacement. All completed within a week. Very good customer service. Thank you.

Always a pleasure to purchase coins from Govmint.
