I ordered Five (5) of the one ounce silver Coca Cola Bars to give as Christmas Gifts. There was no notice at that time that these bars were on backorder. I was simply thanked for placing the order. Needless to say I was short on some of my Christmas gifts. Today is January 6, and I still do not have the silver bars, and Govmint is asking me to write a review on my satisfaction with your service. You have some nerve.

Formerly, I thought your website was more robust than it has been in recent years, and I expressed that by awarding it five stars in previous surveys. However, perhaps due to software and/or app changes, I am finding it difficult to place orders which I hadn’t experienced previously. Specially the option to pay in installments, that is two or more. The last couple of years that choice was intermittent when ordering at your website. Starting again this year, I ran across the same problem. The multiple payment option was missing. I have notified your customer service department a number of times as well as my personal Rep about this problem earlier, but it seems that your tech department did not received my complaint. Depending on the amount of the purchase, the multiple payment option would make it easier to pay for larger purchases. Unless your policy has changed, this flaw needs to be corrected.

Items received were as in the pictures. Packaging is good and protects the items. Delivery is as reliable as it can be depending on who delivers it. Govmint ships quickly.

One of my order was cancelled because of the use of promo code. I doubled checked the order and I did not put any for that order. Tried talking to customer service but they stopped responding after their first response.

I placed Big 5 Rhinoceros order on 11-18-2025. I chose to do two payments. Here it is 1-6-2026 and I do not have this coin. I was told on 11-18-2025 I would have the coin in about 30 days after 11-18-2025.

I used to get friendly updates and information about products from Mark M. @ GOVMINT. I don’t get those anymore since he’s not there. Really miss that guy. Your not the same anymore, so I rarely buy from GOVMINT now. You should try to get back to that kind of customer service.

I can’t understand how it takes 3 to 4 weeks maybe longer to get a package delivered when you can call Amazon and you get something within an hour. The quality of the coins I received are substandard for the time that you had to wait you would think you would had perfect coins.

Waiting too long for delivery coin should be getting here much quicker!
