Ship orders when you say you will . Customer service staff needs improved . When an order shipment fails to happen and the promised ship date goes by numerous times and then another and the staff assures the customer an email confirmation to announce the order has shipped when it finally does and that does not happen as well . What do you think the result will be ?

When you ship out a customers item there should be a delete a catalog to be shipped with coins. Save shipping costs also makes package smaller to fit into mail boxes, and post office delivery person doesn't place package out in the open on porch or steps and people walking by steals package.

When I try to order on line if my order goes to $300 I'm unable to order. If it's under I can. My order was $312. 85 I couldn't order, there wasn't a submit order button. When I deleted two items so the order was $215. 95 the button was there. This has happen before and I just don't order. Plus I called 3 times to pre-order the 250th two date eagle. once I was hung up on. the other I was transfer to Chris who had all my information from a prior order and I left a message and never heard back. I know my orders aren't as large as some but I should still be respected.

Finding the Silver Eagle was easy. Searching for the burgundy book to hold the coins was very difficult.
