I would give 5 stars, however it seems that you're taking too long on the production and distribution of the new 2026 new coins ?

I ordered 2 pieces of silver and they went through on the sale and credit card. When it came time to ship it was under spot those 2 pieces got cancelled off of my order. My suggestion only sell what you have in stock and dont cancel people's orders once its bought.

Even though the premiums are very high I bought the silver wedding round anyway because it is for a wedding present for my nephew. The wedding is not until June but I decided to buy it now since the price of silver seems to be going up daily. It was something I haven’t seen on any other site I’m guessing that’s why they can charge so much because it’s a one of a kind. Also I’m not used to be paying sales tax on silver rounds. I buy myself for stacking paying only spot + $1. 50 I wouldn’t buy from this company to stack for myself only for presents for others. Ordering was EZ and they do have unique stuff. I haven’t received the round yet I don’t know how the packaging is or how fast it will come after I ordered it.

Some times I find you guys to be over priced. Some times I find you to be priced. Just right. I’ll be thinking it over. Then you send me a coupon and my maybe turns to yes. I have to say that some of the best deals I’ve received are from you guys. Since money is tight for a guy like me and I enjoy collecting, and everything’s really exoensive. I can’t thank you enough for the great deals I’ve received from you. Once again. Thank you!

I've always had good service, but the last order that I placed the first week of November for Christmas gifts has taken over two months to be sent out.

I ordered from you and the US Mint on 12/28. Received the US Mint things on 1/3. Here it is 5 days after that and haven't received anything from you. I can't tell you anything about the shipping, packaging and or know if I got the right things. I could add a picture of an empty mailbox but that would just be petty. I was expecting emails from you wanting to sell more, with one or two a week. But I'm averaging three a day! Oops just got dinged again well writing this. Annual Release.
