I don’t think you make it clear enough that the items you have are not in stock. I’ve waited for a month. Not even a email saying sorry your item isn’t in stock. I mean, what the heck. Why would I buy anything here again? Give me one good reason. .

Ordering is always easy and I know I’m getting good quality. Would like to know a head’s up if the price is going up.

Ron Young has been great. There were a couple moments where I would call to put a order in and no one would answer. It was when silver was increasing fast. I'm not blaming Ron since I have worked in retail and business for a long period of time. It felt more like Govmint couldn't keep up or wanted to shut things down to slow the pace. If you're sold out of something remove it from your website.

They seem to have quality coins and bullion available, but they seem to be a little overpriced compaired to the overall spot price. I realize all distributors need to sell above spot, but they are, in my opinion, higher than most.
