Terrible even when the items on hand takes to long to ship. Still waiting on item from 2/3/25 and this on item you supposedly had.

Finding the Silver Eagle was easy. Searching for the burgundy book to hold the coins was very difficult.

Everything was fine - 1 small point - I had multiple items in my cart, and on my laptop (14" screen), there were no scroll bars to get to the proceed to checkout button. I had to go to my desktop computer to finish the purchase.

I do more business with gov mint then anyone else but web has issues. 1 sometimes it works on other us coins and currency other times I can only get silver and gold liberty. 2 catalog is great last one I received much better. 3 on govmint . com the issue is catalog or . com I like to see us paper coin and us silver and gold this is where issue is very frustrating and when I do it on week nite it change site again packaging is great service is great I'm just not 9 to 5 customer so I use website alot Pam is great when I talk to her

With the I guess different rating companies it makes it confusing to differentiate the differences in coins. And I did not see a ledger of any sort to explain it to me. You’re on your page. That may help some. .
