It would have been nice to know creating account before placing order could have saved me $5 with “promo code”. Also would be nice to know when to expect order, estimated at least.

I love my purchase

Saw an ad on CNBC for the new 250th anniversary silver eagles which I was unaware of until then. The company placing the ad was asking a price I thought excessive, so I queried Govmint which had sold me another product last fall. The price was much more reasonable and there was no shipping charge! So I ordered 3, understanding that the coins were backordered. Fine. But what I object to is being charged immediately, before the coins ship. Why this policy and practice?

While I shop for the best deal, always. The selection, packing, service, and shipping are the best here. Other sites have terrible customer service. I always receive the highest customer service here. Packages are always secure, and that allows me to tracking in detail from the shipping provider.

Overall, I believe the govmint web site is very good at presenting items for purchase and associated factual information. I'll offer one suggestion that you might want to consider. When I searched for 5 oz silver US coins, there were none presented. However, there was a flood of other coin offers and information. This is distracting . . . if there was nothing available for 5 oz silver US coins, the response should have related this to the searcher and not posted all the other stuff.

I like the products that is offered, reasonably priced, free shipping, quick delivery 🚚

It is taking a long time to get my items, nearly a month. I placed the order on 12/18. The items are listed as "back ordered ". No other information is given, such as possible dates for the order being filled or why it taking so long.
