Very easy shopping on your online site

Very disappointed and frustrated with y'all. Y'all canceled my order W8811765 that was placed yesterday and never advised me of the cancelation and you kept my payment ($214. 00) and did not refund it. I learned of the cancelation when I checked the order status and there was NO order for my account yet I was still out $214. 00. Y'all responded to my email asking where was my order and only then advised me that it was canceled (and you kept the payment - no refund given). Y'all advised me to resubmit the order, which I did today, and darn if you did not charge me again for the same order (that y'all canceled). I have been charged twice for one order and you need to refund the $214. 00 payment made yesterday immediately. I will monitor my Chase account and if the payment is not refunded with a few hours, I will advise Chase of you double charge and canceling my order (with no communication) and keeping the payment. Then having me resubmit the order so you could charge me again. Not a good look for y'all. Please refund yesterday's payment and expedite today's order (I paid for expedited shipping on both orders) -- please ship and expedite that shipment and PLEASE refund the $214. 00 payment I made yesterday that you kept after canceling the order.

I find it slightly difficult to maneuver through your website. When I request a certain product, that may be out of stock, I get sent to products not even cliselt related.

Your online order form was very difficult to navigate. I placed my order but was unable to get to checkout. After 2 days, I was then able to place my order.

I feel uncertainty with the current price of silver. That did not stop me from buying several bars. Then the first strike West Point minted Eagle graded at 70, had to own it. I have a string of the West Point Eagles. This first strike, graded 70, is my prize West Point Eagle. My father is a WWII Navy sailor. This is what draws me to West Point coins.

I actually messed up my order and would have liked to have added an additional item and wasn’t able to go back and add to my order.

USPS lied and made up a phony attempted delivery email. I was here all day. and it never happened. The item will fit in my mailbox, and the mailbox is entirely intact and unrestricted
