Hard to review when I haven't received the coin

When I put in a specific item (part of a series) it shows items TOTALLY unrelated to the item I inquired about and nothing about the one searched for!

I i received a promo postcard in the mail today. I went online, created an order, tried to use the promo code, but was denied. Apparently I had to call in my order to receive the promo. Why? I don't want to call in an order. I want to see what I'm ordering. It shouldn't matter how I order.
