You won’t regret buying Baffin boots

Jacket doesn’t appear the same as it did in picture on website.

Good returns but you have to pay shipping yourself. The boots we ordered were sized small.

Returned the product but never got a refund or a reply from the team, I reached back twice but they never got back to me and never gave me my money back even though I sent the product back untouched.

Paid for next day shipping and they didn't ship for 3 weeks. Welding shorewall on a frozen lake in -40 wearing jeans cause I spent my money on these and didn't get them on time. And they are made in Pakistan not canada.

Fast shipping

It at first was a little dicey with slow replies and communication but in the end I did get my product I order and it is so dang adorable. I hope to order more. In all fairness it was over the winter holiday season I was placing my order and so that is probably what contributed to the slower communication but I got my partial refund for what I needed to cancel and I got my childs overalls and completely satisfied. thanks

This issue was a manufacturer problem, but could have also been identified if quality control was used by Gostwear before shipping.
