Site says free shipping, when i filled my cart the site said I qualify for free shipping. I was charged $40, for shipping. Took 15 days to ship becuase gost was waiting for an item that showed in stock but was not. Big Bill. shirt didnt fit. Gost has no return shipping so it cost me $30 to return a $50 shirt. Terrible experience, never again

Bad communication

Shipping was quick and arrived at my door in perfect condition.

Service could've been "slightly" better - there were some delays in communication which made me a bit frustrated. But in the end, the issue was resolved. As a repeat customer, and even having attempted to purchase the exact same 2 items - first time, timing was no good, I was waiting and decided to cancel my order. This time, I was not in such a rush, figured I could wait the week or two before I got any update. . . and it was fine. Eventually I was notified the item had been shipped.

The only sad part is the cargo flex that doesnt fit me its pretty annoying but the low waist were perfect, they just dont look as nice but they are comfortable to work with
