Customer service was not the greatest. They lied to me then ghosted me. Should have guessed given company name. I did get the product orderd, just much later then they promised.

Great response time. The only gripe was shipping was advertised as free over a certain dollar amount, which my order was. Got charged shipping anyway. Oh well. It wasn’t a big cost and the products got delivered quickly.

I liked the CAT heavy insulated parka that I purchased from Gostwear however, the quality control is lacking because the area at the armpit in one of the sleeves has some double stitchings missing.
