The quality of the products I received was good. That being said, my order did not ship in any sort of timely manner, and when I tried to reach out to Gostwear, I was unable to receive a response. I sent about 5 messages, and left 3 voicemails over the course of several weeks, and received no response or resolution. My items eventually shipped, but I am disappointed in the customer service.

The quality of the fabric is great. It really stands up in the working world.

Needed to return an item and the Gostwear team is VERY difficult to get in touch with, whether by email or phone. Customer service is everything. This needs vast improvement.

Received wrong order but when attempting multiple times to rectify it I haven’t heard back. I didn’t want what I received now I’m stuck with it. Horrible experience
