When you need support, you just get a bot not a real person. Its really quite difficult to get help when you need it.

I have never experienced more issues with a TENS unit over the many years of using various devices. Great when it works but that isn’t often. The remote shows the u it is working but nothing through the disc and I’ve had a replacement which works no differently. Ir I pair it and the units keep shutting down. If you NEED a TENS unit for chronic pain, this is not the device.

I ordered a chirp contour on April 25th and was sent an email saying it will be shipped and given a link to get the details. My order was never processed and I received almost nothing from the company with answers as to the eta. I sent several emails without any acknowledgement and I then had to call and they stated they were receiving an update from their Canadian warehouse and would send me the info the next day. They did not and never responded to any other emails. Today I emailed saying I was giving up and to cancel my order and send me a refund and that request received an immediate response. So disappointing. I was so excited to try this product. I do not recommend purchasing from them if you live in Canada even though they say they can fulfil your order - they do not.

Did not like the unit so we retuned it. They wanted to give me a credit but I was not going to let that happen so they ended up returning my payment to my credit card.
