I placed my order on September 6th and still have not received it yet. I’m seeing that it finally made it from CA. So Las Vegas since speaking with customer service.

Its been 3 weeks and I still dont have what I purchased!!

Chirp really stands by their products; I truly love all the products that I own.

Products are great and work as described. The box the products were shipped in was very poorly taped and I am surprised it held through shipping

The wheels are great for relieving back and hip pain. And they are much more comfortable than the typical roller wheels you might buy from a sporting goods store. The only issue is that the wheels don't last much more than 6 months. The plastic must get brittle and they crack when in the middle of using them. I am on my 5th replacement wheel in 4 years.

I have appreciated the Halo and how it has helped me with my rehab work. My only complaint is that the pads do not have a long usage life, unfortunately.

The customer service was excellent, it has been the only saving grace of my experience with chirp. I have been told how wonderful your products are and how life changing they can be, by several people. However even from the online ordering, I was misled. The final decision to purchase the halo device was when I saw the bonus gift of the chirp wheel+ 4" neck roller. As in a Chirp wheel plus the 4" neck roller. Naming all the wheels Chirp Wheel+ is a misleading and confusing practice. The next issue was shipping, the 3-5 day shipping took 11 days to receive part of my order. All packages were loose and visible to what they were, a welcome invite to any package thieves. After still not receiving the actual halo device for 14 days, I contacted customer service, who were friendly, apologetic, and helpful. They have re-ordered a device, which is now back logged and due to ship within another 3 weeks. While I received a discount for the lost package and the extended delay, I'm looking at 5 weeks with just the pads and no device to use them with. If packages were sent out separately, they should all have their own tracking numbers. Lastly the neck roller is about on par with using a foam roller, my neck lays right over it. And when applying pressure and rolling on it, it can only roll a few inches without getting caught in the hair and on clothes. I was looking forward to telling my family and friends the relief I have received from Chirp. I had been thinking about some of your other products but this maybe my only experience with Chirp.

You make a great product but you need to pull the plug on Shop. com. This company has a terrible reputation and their customer service is non existent. Thankfully, I was able to email them Chirp team directly for assistance with my order. The internal Chirp team did a good job where Shop. com was silent.

It is built very well. Not some cheap product and you can tell. Feels amazing on my back and I especially love the traction feature.

Getting older isn't exactly easy on the body. My wife and I both have back issues. I can safely say, the contour has been an incredible help. My lower back issues are so much better now and my wife has really enjoyed the "the therapy" after all the miles in the car she racks up for work and checking on her parents. I'm not going to lie. The first time I used it, I was so sore it took a week to get back on it. Now, it just flat out feels GOOD!!!! Best purchase I have made in years!!!!!

I absolutely loved my chirp my husband deliberately broke it on me and now I cannot enjoy your product..helped so much as a massage therapist it really released my knots and helped so much with my stress..working on buying another one for myself just have to wait till I can pay for one...thank you so much for designing such a wonderful product!

After owning a massage chair, which was substantially more expensive than our Chirp Countour, we could not be more thrilled with making the decision to purchase a Chirp! The ease of use and quality of massage is beyond our expectations. My wife was not fond of the chair, but is absolutely in love with our Chirp Contour, so a huge win in our house!
