It took a while to get the replacement

Received my pads and everything was great.

The Postal Service delivered my chirp package to another mailbox so I submitted a claim and the company sent a replacement right away. I really appreciate that. It is good customer service.

I ordered and paid for a Chirp Wheel set to be delivered to Switzerland. The order never arrived. I had to send numerous emails to customer support, and they promised me a replacement shipment. That replacement also never arrived. Eventually, I was informed that both shipments had been lost in transit and that I would be refunded the purchase amount. Several months have passed, and I have still not received a refund. I advise against ordering from Chirp.

I ordered two products, only one was delivered. Had I not called, not sure if I would have ever received the second roller for my Contour table. Customer service was great when I called them, however I was disappointed they would not expedite the shipment.

These products have really helped keep my back in good shape! Also, customer service and shipping are A++++

Despite having my wonderful wheels for years they did eventually break down. Reaching out I received fantastic and honestly prompt help. I was legitimately impressed/helped. Cheers to more years rolling!

While there were some supplier glitches - the Chirp Team was great and continued to follow-up. Then when product came in they - on their own - reached out to see if I still wanted item, then personal care to see it delivered!

Still missing my product. 0 empathy in the shipping issues. Now tomorrow I get to start the process all over again to let them know UPS has no intention of delivering my package. Seems like it’s punishment for not opting into their “protection”. I’ve ordered nearly 1k worth of Chirp gear and this is the first order I did not get swindled by this add on and it’s the only one to go wrong. Seems suspicious.

Delayed responses. I still have not received my order. I placed the order on September 13.

Love the tens unit, I just wish the pads were a bit more sticky. The setting options are fantastic, and no cords hanging around is amazing!!

Have been a customer for 6-7 years, about every other year my medium sized chirp wheel has broke and Chirp has honored their 10-year warranty each time! Although being a daily user, it is a bummer having downtime for ~one week while waiting for a replacement. But it sure is nice to see a company that still backs their product and does what they say they are going to do.

I LOVE my Chirp wheels, and I have a wide variety of them. One of my favorites snapped and cracked. I reached out to Chirp with photos. They replaced it for me even though I was technically outside of the warranty period. My back is happy again!!
