I've been suffering and recovering from sciatica for over a year and the Halo has helped with pain management and rehab. I've only had it for a few weeks. Easy to use and good so far.

I have never received my product. The first delivery was lost, now the second replacement delivery appears to be lost too.

Wasn't super happy the product I purchased went $75 off like a week after I purchased.

Very unhappy with your customer service you’re unable to contact them because your staffing problems so nobody’s there to answer your chat or your phone. You can’t get any problem solved. My order has gone on sale since I placed the order. It’s been under 30 days. All I wanted was the money difference, but I never got any contact. I’ve used the product. It doesn’t really help any more than the smooth well so wheels so I’m sending it back.

Feels good but the puck keeps dying.

Incredible customer service. I look forward to being a continuing chirp customer. My old 12" chirp wheel broke. They were under no requirement to give me a free replacement, but they did! I love their products and feel valued as a customer. Looking forward to expanding my array of Chirp Wellness products in the future.

PT works good but when I started the pads, wow what an accelerated therapy

I knew that these were good going in because my housemate has a chirp wheel because he works in construction. I tried it and my upper and mid back cracked and the pressure went away instantly. The same has happened with the wheel set that I bought.

I ordered the extra rollers and they never arrived, even after two weeks.

Nice concept but average

I absolutely love it. If I can give any feedback it would be to loose the wired controller and go Bluetooth with an app on the phone. The controller is very hard to see each setting.

Never received order despite being charged for it.

It’s great for rolling out the top of my quads however it is not sturdy enough even in the base to roll my hamstrings. I like the concept though.

I love my chirp products so so much! I have the wireless unit and the decompression table. Unfortunately I have chronic pain and these products have made it so I can sleep at night. The only struggle I have had is the wireless pads , one set I bought recently lost adhesion pretty quickly and they can be expensive especially because I am always need to have it on me! Chirp products have saved me! I can’t be more grateful to be able to sleep at least for a little without pain!

After also purchasing "Easy Returns", I found it was not easy to return the products of this company. I ordered the full set and opened two plastic packages or pads to try it out. After using one pad that did not stick for more than two uses, I decided this product would not suit my needs. I photographed every package as required and let them know I had opened to pads packages. They informed me since I opened them, I was not entitled to a full refund. They also warned me that this policy was stated on their website. I am writing this review to inform potential customers of what happened to me. Had I known that was not able to test the effectiveness of their product, I would not have placed my order.

I was disappointed with the Contour Massage table (didn't deliver as deep a massage or the relief I had expected for the price). When I tried to return (within the 30 day window), I was only given the option of returning for store credit. Since the table cost ~$600 and most items on the site are much less, this was generally a negative experience. I can understand having to pay for return shipping costs but if I'm not satisfied with a high-ticket product, it seems like bad customer service to not make the refund available (especially when it states this in the return policy ***gochirp.***/pages/returns)
