Wireless stim, halo set, is absolutely phenomenal. The wireless function is great. The connectivity is great. My wife and I both suffer from back soreness due to having young children and constantly bending over and picking things. Being able to wear these mobile is great, I frequently use it as preparation on the way to and during golf as well.

I haven’t heard back from anyone and I still don’t have my order from 3 weeks ago.

Horrible company

I have been using chirp for over 5 years now. Definitely something I need every day for my daily stretching routine. I have recommended the brand to many family members and friends. Cannot rave enough about how well their products are built and work

I bought the Chirp Halo for my elbow tendonitis. Unfortunately, Chirp does not give any recommendations on how best to use this based on what you want to use it for. I used it for several weeks and while it felt good at times, it did not help with my elbow tendonitis. This is ok for general aches and pains from sore muscles. Unfortunately did not help my situation. I was mostly disappointed with Chirp's help with what was the best mode for helping my problem. They offered no help on what settings to use since they considered my problem medical related and they said they are not doctors.

Chirp and it's products have not only been functional and have helped me find relief, but improved my day by giving me one less thing I have to worry about.

I bought this about April this year. It has been a life saver! I have sciatica and it releases the pain. I am able to use for every ache and pain. Life saver!

I love my Chirp Contour, but after returning the entire unit for the very loud creaking noise my neck massager was making, I got a replacement, and it is doing the same thing. Returning such a large item is a hassle, so I may just live with it at this point, since after about a week, both of mine started making loud noises. The return process is efficient but highly automated, so I never really was able to talk to anyone about the issue.

I purchased a Chirp Contour in January 2026 from a local retailer. It had worked better than I expected!!! I've had lower back and neck issues for over 40 years due to some minor injuries when I was younger. The Chirp Contour, paired with the Chirp tens therapy unit had saved me the endless and costly trips to my chiropractor. However, in April 2026, just 4 months since the initial purchase, my Chirp Contour stopped working. It wouldn't power up, it wouldn't move, NOTHING!!! I was devastated, Even though I purchased my Chirp Contour from a local retailer, the device included a 1-year warranty. I called Chirp to file my claim, sent in my proof of purchase and a short video of what the device was doing, (or not doing in my case) I then sent my original device to Chirp for review and assessment of my claim and by the end of May 2026, I received a new Chirp Contour. My lower back and neck areas are once again getting the relief they need. Both the Chirp Contour and Chirp Tens therapy units come with a high price tag. At $65\visit 3x a week to the chiropractor, the devices pay for themselves in no time. Not to mention that the warranty and customer satisfaction is amazing!! I strongly suggest the investment in any Chirp device for at home self-care and health maintenance. It is worth the investment to make your life easier in the comfort of your own home. Well done, Chirp. Well done!!

The Contour has been absolutely amazing. Everyone in the house loves to unwind on it. Whether it's been a long day in the office or at school, everyone gets some great relief on the Contour

I have bought several different pads. For thr knee, lower back , shoulder and more . But no instructions added. I am still not able to use the two pads for the knee with the extension cord as one of the alternatives. Specially on how to pair them. Should include a complete tutorial to better enjoy all the benefits.

I have been using chirp wheels (all sizes) for years. I use them daily. They are amazing!!! My back remains very flexible thanks to the wheels. The company also has the best customer service I have ever experienced

Love it. Only downside is the heating mechanism works intermittently.

I wish I could return this but I’m 3 days over 30 days. Such an absolute waste of money. The chirp RPM looks like it might help muscle soreness, but it’s sloppy, hard to control and does absolutely nothing of what it states it does. Overpriced junk. Just another gimmick. Don’t fall for it.

The Ring have really helped relax my neck and back. I can use the small one while working. I usually store tension in my shoulders and neck. The Ring relaxes and stretches those muscles.
