This little 6” wheel is is effective at giving me adjustments. It’s also small enough to pack when traveling and has been invaluable to me on this trip.

At the cost of 2 PT visits, Chirp is great! Among other nagging issues, my left shoulder is getting better thanks to nightly treatments. At 62, there's a lot of wear and tear that's happened over the years.

I’m having an issue with the pads sticking. I sent customer service an email about 7 days ago and there’s been no response. I like the compact design and portability. But customer service needs work and the lack of pads sticking to skin decreases the function of the unit completely.

placed my odered and was never told that the item was on back order. Would have been nice for some communication to that act.

Everyone was very cooperative, and the issue was taken care of immediately and expedited in a very timely fashion.

Siri allow refunds but only gave me 50% of what I returned and claimed they didn’t get it even though the return got scanned in and I can see if they got it

Purchased the Contour Massage Bed. Loved it so much, decided to get another. Found a better price locally (which also came with the bonus rollers). Without ANY hassle, the representative offered a price match and sent out the extra rollers for free (typically $50). Prompt personal response. I cannot recommend them AND their products enough!!

Unfortunately the first unit we had purchased became faulty after a week or so. The customer service agent expedited a new unit out immediately. Seamless exchange with no problems. Much appreciate.

I use it one to two times everyday. I am just getting to my sixth month of using the Countor and it has helped a lot with keeping my back calmer. Most days I use it as I wind down before bed and I don't wake up mid sleep with a sore back. Somedays I use it after work as well if my back is tight from stress. It's been very helpful for me.

Past customer of the chirp have several of the wheels. Unfortunately buying the halo has been a less than desirable experience it’s been over two weeks and I get no updates from the company .. only unhelpful responses after nagging thru emails .

I was originally supposed to return the entire table. At my request, the customer service team sent me a new power cord instead. That fixed the problem, and my table works again! Working with the customer service team via email was very painless and I am very happy with how this was handled. Thank you all very much.

I've had the Chirp system for a while now and while I love that it's wireless, I think there's some room for improvement. The wires that make it possible to connect smaller pads to it are too short, you have to keep them very close together which compromises symmetrical, precision targeting. Also, the preset options aren't varied enough. I owned a previous tens system that had about 20 possible settings. this one lacks that versatility. For the price, I expect a little more from it.
