My family loves the table, but it bruises my lower back around the sacrum area, so I’m not sure what to do. Otherwise this would be a slam dunk item.

I really enjoy that Chirp allows for different rhythms of the pulses. My preferred is Whoa Nelly, as it switches it up in that mode and I realized how unsettled I was getting with the ‘same old’ pulses! Great product, I think it works very well for my lower back.

I'm a disabled veteran with chronic low back pain. I have a self-care regimen that includes weekly treatments from a chiropractor and massage therapist. Two weeks ago I decided to try the Chirp Contour Table. I've used this product daily for 15-30 minutes per day. I can report that my daily pain level has decreased, and my overall mobility has increased. I describe the chirp table as a "chiropractic roller table light". It has the same mechanics as a roller table, just not as deep or intense. I highly recommend this product for anyone who has degenerative disc disease or herniated discs and needs a gentle way to create more space between vertebrae.

I like this product and use it every day. My complaint is that it doesn’t roll up your back far enough. I think this is due to the neck massager. In version 2 or an alternate version they should get rid of the neck massager and extend the back roller. I’m 5’8” so pretty average for height.

I took a few weeks to arrive due to high demand, but it was well worth the wait.

My entire family of folks with bad backs LOVE this thing. The massage is customizable and it really does work for many different shapes and sizes. Our only suggestion for improvement is to sell an inclined platform for it to sit on for those who have difficulties laying flat.

I was looking for an affordable option for a decompression table and this one hit the mark. When we got it, my husband and I both tried it. It was painful at first but we realized we needed to adjust our bodies to the table to make it more comfortable. The key is aligning your tailbone to the rollers at the bottom of the table. He’s 6 ft and I’m 5’6”. Once we got adjusted correctly, the table provides much needed relief to our backs and necks. It also stores easily. What a game changer this was for us!
