I wish I had discovered Chirp sooner. It would have saved me lots of pain. Chirp is more than just a TENS device, it does so much more. It is well made. Comes with a great carry case, which is also used to charge the units. Very convenient. The price is very reasonable especially when you get it on sale. It is worth every cent and more! If you are undecided, do yourself a favor, just GET IT! I promise you, you will not be returning it. You'll be glad you got it. Much like me, you'll probably wish you bought it sooner.

I ordered in June 11th. Expected delivery date was June17-18th, for Fathers Day. I still don’t have the items. I have been given a small % refunded for not receiving the item. I still don’t have a new estimated date of delivery. This has been subpar communication and once I expressed the lack in communication, this survey is the first follow-up I’ve received.

Still haven’t received my product that was ordered. seems no issues in taking the money out of my bank but issues getting the product to me…most companies don’t take the money until product is shipped and received

Product worked for 3 days then would charge, hold a charge or power up. Made a complaint no response seems to be an ongoing issue with the tens machine from what I have read. No response In a week threw the machine out on to a better product. Very disappointing

This seems almost funny to me, but it's actually a complete nightmare and an extremely frustrating situation. It has been exactly one month since I've been waiting for my package to be shipped. First there was a delay, then they lost my order, and then they didn't even know where it was. I have never experienced anything like this in my entire life as a consumer. The absolute least that should happen is for this product to be free; I shouldn't have to pay for this chaos and the trouble you are causing me. After all, I still haven't received my package to this day. . . So, my satisfaction is zero with the support I've received both via email and social media. "

1st massager heat broke after 2 months. Replacement massager heat broke after 3 days. Massage is nice but would definitely be better with heat.
