Chirp works as advertised. A wonderful well made product

I ordered the shoulder one and the one for the back and it was supposed to have been here a week ago and it’s still not here. I got an email saying it’s taking a round trip to me. I think it should be re sent and overnighted.

The pads are really like 4-5 time use, after that they lose their stickiness other than that good product

I find it ridiculous you want a review when everything is great!!!

We have used many tens/EMS units before, but the wireless is so much better. I can now get all the spots needed without help. Also love all the different pads for different areas. Great product!

I‘ve been a customer since 2019 and have never had a bad experience with Chirp. The website is easy to navigate and find product information. Shipping is fast. The products are well-designed, durable, and are consistently the best in class. I would know because I try everything and have kept coming back to Chirp.

So far, the Chirp has been awesome. I wish the neck could be adjusted from thinner to wider etc. The interchangeable rollers are amazing.

Great customer service. They resolved the issue quickly. Also, I love your products in the past month I've gotten- The Halo, neck rollers, and back massager (that was at my Costco).

I ordered from a promotion then heard nothing for over a week. After inquiring multiple times I was told it would be shipped out multiple weeks later and not with the 3-5 day timeline like check out tells you but instead 5-7 days. After finally getting shipped I received half of my order and had to reach back out to be told the other half should arrive 3 days later. No emails to give me a heads up or anything I had to reach out multiple times and wait days to get a response. 5/5 for your profucts but if I could give it a 0/5 for customer service I would but instead you get the lowest I can rate it at 1.

I received my shipment and it wa incomplete. I called customer service and they shipped the missing item quickly!!

Super slow shipping, unit is not very powerful for what it costs. Would not buy again.

I told myself, "I dont think this will work" but it did. I was so shocked how my shoulders, neck, and back felt after using this device. Did it completely take the pain away, no. But it gave me so much relief. I take it to work and I work in the hospital. When im at the desk charting, I use it. I truly love my Chirp

my husband and I really enjoy the contour massage, it really decompress your body and we feel good the next day!
