I used to buy Glossier products on repeat when I lived in the US, and I’m so glad that I can get them now that I’m living in Italy!

I did not enjoy the products at all although the customer service was very helpful.

I was at the Glossier store in Philly not to long ago with my brother. It was an amazing experience! Emily was the coolest. She is very sweet and helpful. We ended up chatting for a little while. Later on in the day when we had gotten back to my sister's I had realized somebody accidentally gave me the wrong product so we went back as soon as we could. They not only replaced my product, they also gave me a balm for com for completely free to apologize for the inconvenience. Customer service is amazing and the store is STUNNING. Next time I'm in Philly I will definitely be back. FIVE STARSSS xoxo

This store is so cute! The coffee shop next door with the pink coffees and all the photo ops make it such a unique experience! Absolutely loved it.

I got the 5 for $25 deal! I got a few of the balms I’ve been eyeing for awhile! I love the scents and the tints. The lavender balm ended up being my favorite! Shipping was super quick and affordable! Graduation gift for me! I loved it!

The scent is nice however, for my daughter’s liking not mine. I was expecting FRESH & CLEAN like you described. Lauren by Ralph Lauren is fresh & clean. Your scent is nice but, it is for me it is a night time scent. I will be gifting it to my daughter. Thank you.

The shop was well organized and there was a great variety of products. The staff was helpful but still gave you space to look without feeling pressured. I purchased three of the lip balms and was pleased with the quality.

I purchased these balms because I’ve been loving them for a long time, feeling good that they are vegan balms as well. I truly don’t agree with some consumers that say the OG was better. That being said I’m disappointed in the copy you’ve chosen to go with declaring that the vegan version is out and you’re going back to what was “better.” And disappointed that rather than trying a new, cruelty -free version that’s even better… you’ve gone backwards. This feels like an odd approach and unnecessarily callous toward your (loyal) vegan customers. Thanks for selling these at a discount. I’m glad I got more. But I feel let down and will probably be looking toward more fully compassionate companies going forward. It’s not just about a moment of comfort and your bottom line… it’s about how we treat other beings living here with us and our planet itself. Shame you’re contributing to cruelty… and so boldly declaring so. Thanks for the memories.

I absolutely love this perfume, something I’ve never had before and i’m already getting compliments on it!!

I love glossier however you spray it and that’s it. The smell does not last at all. I got the perfume thinking that would be better and that doesn’t smell. I got the lotion for your hands and that doesn’t smell. Very disappointed so I’m trying to find some dupes that possibly will hold the smell. Thanks for letting me voice, my opinion sincerely

said it would be delivered in a glossier bag, there was no bag said I would get a free sample, there was no sample. other than that the glosses were really nice
