Thank you Glossier, i love the balmdotcom!

i couldn’t find another everyday lip balm/gloss to replace what the original balm dotcom did for me—i tried (and enjoyed!) rhode, summerfridays, lanolips, even straight up vaseline, but it just wasn’t the same! no one else does the combo of durable moisture/comfort, tint, and scent like y’all do. so so glad the og formula is back!

Terrible customer service. Incredibly slow to post and a month after placing my order, still no updates on the location of my order. I won’t be ordering again.

Never received my order, never got an explanation as to why and had to go after my money multiple times to get it returned.

As an adult woman I have never wanted to play in a cosmetic store so much! The unique experience of ordering and picking up your items in store was fantastic. The selfie station was adorable and the sales associates were knowledgable, helpful and fun! Post Covid it’s so understandable that customer service is r great everywhere but the opposite is happening in this store!!

love the balms!

I ordered a five pack of balm dot com and a lash slick mascara. When my order arrived, it contained only one balm dot com, with the packaging crushed and partly opened. I give this experience 2 stars instead of 1 only because of the quick and helpful customer service. The balms could not be replaced because they were sale items and I suppose had all sold out by that time, so that portion was refunded, and they shipped a replacement mascara. Overall, not likely to buy online from glossier again.

My most recent visit to the store was great but when I got back home to Minnesota and opened my new mascara the tube was dry.

Arrived on time, and LOVE the balm dot coms very happy with that. Didn’t get my pink bag though even though i checked the box, was kind of excited for that.

I went last time for the balm dot com event and it was fun! I came about 30 min behind and unfortunately by then all the candies were gone but I love the thought put out into the community. It was great to have the original formula in the new applicator! Big fan :)

The packaging, smells, and looks of the products were nice but its not really a lip balm because it doesn't fix chapped lips. I consider it more of a gloss.

Did not arrive

This is more a buy review, it’s the second time I bought online and the first time that my products were sent to other country, I didn’t get any sample not even a sticker 🙁

I'm so thrilled the original lip balm is back it's the best. The other was awful!! Thanks for listening glossier❤️

The lid always comes off of my nee ultralip. So it opens in my purse and gets all dirty. So it’s at home and I never put it on.

Love the smell, shipping a little slow

Thank you glossier for making me think about makeup differently. I enjoy doing my makeup in the morning because the products I am using make my skin look and feel good. The experience at glossier DC is one I will always remember- and since I live so close… I’ll be back!! I enjoyed trying every product: feeling, color matching, tasting, etc. all the associates are very knowledgeable. I am a forever customer
