After a week of use, I’m positive I’ve had an allergic reaction to balm dotcom balms, and I’ve used fig, mango, and mint - leading up to itchy throat and breathing difficulties - I quit full stop and the allergy is going away.

My daughter was so excited to visit your store in Washington. We are from Texas and love your products, but actually going inside the main store was such a great experience. You need more locations!! You are treated like a high end client the moment you walk inside the door, from all the beautiful decor to the helpful staff we didn't want to leave.

I worked with Rachel, so helpful and helped me find exactly what I needed. I tried the fragrance in the travel size but have been out in Miami and had to pick up a big bottle of the fragrance at Sephora!! I’m obsessed

It was my mum & I’s first time in a Glossier store (NYC Spring Street) and Emma came by and explained every product patiently for us. She was super friendly & attentive to what we were looking for which made us feel really welcomed in the store. Sending our best from Malaysia!

I placed my order over two weeks ago and still waiting for it to arrive.

The staff were kind and welcoming however I waited for about 20 minutes for to actually get the products that I had just bought!

Products came in perfect condition in a reasonable time! Literally took not even a week after I purchased to get to me and I chose normal shipping :)

everytime i have visited glossier it has been nothing but perfection. the crew is amazing and always making you feel welcomed and always willing to offer their advice and help when it comes to finding exactly what you need.

Still haven’t received the package. I ordered shipping to Belgium and the parcel still hasn’t arrived, even though it is 2+ weeks already.

The sales people will get you to try and buy more than you actually came in for. They're not rude about it, so I give them credit for that. But as someone who likes to go in, get what I want, and leave- I found it annoying. I got the "You" perfume. I love it. Been using it as my only fragrance for 3 years. Highly recommend.
