The perfecting skin tint is great! Love how sheer it is yet still color corrects and evens everything out. The packaging, however, is horrible. The print all over the bottle comes off on your hands upon immediate use, and leaves a million little white specks all over my fingers. Whatever I miss when rinsing off then transfers to my face while applying other product. If I didn't love the actual product so much, I would throw this away immediately. You can imagine how frustrating it is while doing your makeup each day to have to slow down and remove little white specks from your face. I've been buying this product for years and it wasn't always this way, but the last 3 bottles I've purchased have been. Please fix!!

Went to the flagship store in NYC years after it was moved from Lafayette. It needs more customer interactive activities to justify the stop, but it’s pretty good.

I ordered a bottle of Glossier you perfume and did not receive it. The tracking information was stopped. I called customer service and a bottle was mailed to me and I got it!

I am a loyal glossier customer! I’ve been purchasing their balm dotcoms for yearssss and have recommended them to many of my family and friends who have also become frequent balm dotcom customers. Unfortunately I learned that the formula was changed AFTER I purchased 5 of these. The new formula is awful. It is not moisturizing. My lips feel dry within just a few minutes of applying. With the same order, I got the perfume that I’ve been getting for years as well. I think the perfume formula might’ve changed too, if I’m not going crazy?? It doesn’t last as long. I’m sad to see the quality go down because I really loved their products. My family and I probably won’t be repurchasing again :(

I absolutely adore this deodorant lol. I’ve been using natural deodorants for ab 3 years now & im constantly having to rotate or find a new one. This one is perfect! It doesn’t irritate my skin & give a rash. Smells amazing of course & It’s so smooth. A little goes a long way for me bc I’m not one to really sweat, so I can’t speak for that part. But, it gets the job done without masking a smell like others tend to do.

I bought the limited edition holiday cookie butter balm and have been obsessed with it and know I needed more of the original formula balms. Got 3 new ones and I love them all

It was amazing!! I loved the environment of the store and the workers were super nice! I went to the one on newbury street!

I really like the product itself, but I was promised stickers and a little pink bag but instead all I got was the packaging of the lip balm which was a bit torn. Really disappointed because I would expect what came with it, especially if I’m paying 8 CAD shipping.

When cleaning someone’s teeth please do not touch your computer mouse and put your same gloved hands back into said persons mouth I felt very violated to think that the hygienist would think this to be okay

Walking in glossier is like stepping inside your dream house. I loved each employee and trying out many different products! I was unbothered by workers when I was perusing and they were there for questions when I needed them! 10/10 retail experience for this girl!

Love the smell of the perfume but the scent wears off very quickly. For the amount of money it should last a lot longer.

My daughter gave me Boy Brow at Christmas and I fell in love with how easy and effective this product is. I just purchased my 2nd tube along with the brow flick. I haven’t mastered the flick yet but I’m hopeful. I love how Natural the product looks and Quick and Easy it is. No more stressful time consuming eyebrow drawing!

My last few orders didn’t come with a pink pouch even though I did select the option to get one during check out. The first couple of times, I thought it was just a mistake. But now after a few orders, there’s been no pink pouch for all my latest orders and only once did they include a sticker. If it’s no longer being sent, why not take down the option to request one? I used to look forward to them with every order but now the packages are a little less happy :(
