I placed an order for an engraved urn on a Wednesday at 10:25a (central time) and paid for 2 day shipping. By 5:00p, I received the shipping notification stating that the urn would be at my home by the next evening. I could not believe they were able to get it processed and shipped so quickly! With all the other things to worry about with the lose of a loved one, it was a great relief to have them process everything so quickly! And the urn is absolutely beautiful! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I purchased a heart necklace. It was impossible to fill. The opening of the mini funnel was larger than the opening to the necklace. In addition, the cremated ashes get compacted at the bottom of the funnel so nothing comes out anyway. It took me over an hour to get ashes into that necklace and I was covered in them by the end of it. Then, according to the directions, you have to add a tiny bit of superglue which is included to permanently close the urn. I was surprised that superglue was even an option for this necklace that I paid a lot of money for, but I had to trust the process. I put the tiniest drop of superglue around the threads and now it won’t close. And finally, this was my fault because I did not read the fine print, but I assumed that the necklace was included with the heart given the price of the item. I was very disappointed when it came with the black string instead. So I had to go out and buy a chain and now I can’t close the necklace and it’s worthless anyway. I shed some tears but lesson learned there is no easy way to get ashes in such a tiny opening. I had to keep piling ashes on top of the opening and then pushing them down with a toothpick over and over again.

After losing our son, we were beyond overwhelmed with ‘what to do next’ and both how to grieve and honor him. We were met with pages and pages of options for urns and nothing felt ‘right’ for him until we came across a selection from GetUrns. com - the customization process was really easy to navigate and so was ordering. We are from Canada, so I will mention we had to pay quite a significant amount extra for import fees when the urn crossed the border, so keep that in mind when ordering you will likely have to budget for additional costs on top of those from the site. When we first received our urn there was an issue with the customized engraving. A representative from GetUrns. com was SO kind and prompt in responding to our concerns and we were sent a new urn that arrived within a week from the first that was beautiful, perfect, exactly what we needed and hoped for to honor our son and remember him every day. We couldn’t be more grateful for the kindness and compassion of the GetUrns. com staff who helped create and perfect our son’s urn with care. It is beautiful and we appreciate them taking the time to ensure we were happy with the final product, and really showed they care about their customers and those they are creating the urn for.
