It was very disappointing to find that the urn we ordered didn't have our loved one's information inscribed on it. Instead we had to try to center and fasten an inscribed plate to the urn itself. I wouldn't recommend this company for that reason.

The urn was everything I hoped it would be. I m very pleased with my purchase and it will be a perfect resting place for my loved one.

As always, absolutely beautifully designed urns. Phenomenal quality with super quick shipping. Unfortunately this is not something to look forward to and be happy about but the quality and attention to detail they provide, brings a hint of happiness and gratefulness. Huge Thank You to this team!

I love the urn. It is what I expected based on pictures and description. I will be looking for a stand to prop up the urn. I have a similar heart urn for my cat and that urn arrived with a stand.

Quick and easy and very comprehensive website. Quality of urn is OK. Wish the engraving could be darker or having an option to select colors of lettering would be better.
