The Love Dove is gorgeous, I received so many compliments about the quality and beauty of it. It likes like a beautiful piece of art. No one has seen anything like it before, I love it for my husband!!! Also purchased 2 of the small silver birds. They are heavy duty and look so classy next to the Dove. They are for my two daughters, absolutely elegant looking! Shipped quickly and came very well packaged and protected!

Urn came out looking beautiful. However the picture on the site showed a dark green and when we received the urn it was way lighter then in the picture and because of that didn’t show the wording as good with it being lighter.

This is actually a review of two experiences - one very bad and one remarkably well done. From one star to ("almost") five. There had been a mistake made during the delivery of one of the items we ordered. My inquiry was answered only by the sending of an erroneous UPS receipt and no other effort or explaination. I eventually figured out where the mistake could have been and the replies got increasingly sincere. When on of the owners of the company emailed his regret and promise of increased efforts in the future, all was forgiven. Anyone can make a mistake but some will not take the responsibility or make the effort to get better. GetUrns has established, to me, that they will do their very best to "make things right. "
