I absolutely love the Urn they made for me… I created a picture I wanted and they did it EXACTLY how I wanted. I cried because it is perfect and my Dad would be proud . I also got my Urn in 3 days. I am so happy with this GetUrns.

This is actually a review of two experiences - one very bad and one remarkably well done. From one star to ("almost") five. There had been a mistake made during the delivery of one of the items we ordered. My inquiry was answered only by the sending of an erroneous UPS receipt and no other effort or explaination. I eventually figured out where the mistake could have been and the replies got increasingly sincere. When on of the owners of the company emailed his regret and promise of increased efforts in the future, all was forgiven. Anyone can make a mistake but some will not take the responsibility or make the effort to get better. GetUrns has established, to me, that they will do their very best to "make things right. "

Shipping for the small urn I ordered was too expensive, but the large one was reasonable.
