Arrived 4 days late and all spoiled, stank to high heaven. Had to throw away immediately. Would not return calls or emails.

They arrived on time and were delicious

so delicious, we ordered a dinner for 4. invited guests couldn't make it so we had 2 dinners 2 days apart and the uncracked stone crabs the second dinner tasted exactly the same as the "fresh" ones. also, plenty of crabs for us to enjoy in each serving. very pleased

A week before Christmas you cancelled my order which you should never have accepted. With a proper and professional sales and inventory interface, you would have known well in advance of, and at the moment of sale that you were out of stock, instead of days later. And professional it would have been if some incentive would have been granted to encourage a re-order, but that also skipped your attention. Oh well, Merry Christmas, and better luck next time.

My claws arrived as expected with very good packaging. The claws were enormous and tasty. This order was a trail delivery preceding a larger order in the future. We were very pleased with the order.

Advertise free shipping then decline the promotion code. When I called I was told it's a website error and you wouldn't honor the code unless I spent over a certain amount, which isn't a restriction associated with this code listed anywhere on the website
